Your records show you followed the RMA procedures within the Terms and Conditions, however there is no record of your package being returned which is why we recommend you send them back with a tracking serviceIf the packages sent back cannot be clearly associated to your account we cannot identify who they belong to which is why we give instructions for writing the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure identification We will issue a full refund to this customerThe funds should be available to her within 3-business days depending on her banks policy

After further review of complaint #*** and duplicate complaint # *** - a full refund has been issued for (order # *** *** #*** refund ID#*** amount $98.97) and (order #1*** *** #*** refund ID#*** amount $113.82) We will investigate the occurrence
internally with our CS managers and apologize for the inconvenience

After reviewing the customer file we have discovered the return address initially given was correct, however our partner facility had set up the location incorrectlyWe apologize for the inconvenience and will issue a full refund to this customerThe funds should be available to her within 3-

I ordered the product online and communicated online via email. I did not speak with a CRS until I had waited for an email response and never received any response. if the company wants their procedure followed then they should make the instructions available and easily found on their web site as well as respond to their emails using their own email form on their web site.

We will not authorize RMA numbers or accept returns for refund if you do not request an RMA number within 60 calendar days of receipt of your product.

I chose to purchase the "Garcinia Cambogia Three Bottles Plus Two Free" at $29.99 times 3 bottles with no shipping fees, as advertized. When I completed filling out my information and payment, I processed the order. Even though it showed a balance of $149.99, I thought it would then show the correct balance of $89.97. When that did not show, I immediately e-mailed the Customer Service address. They validated their advertizing as being correct by stating the following:
