In regards to the complaint #[redacted] received on 12/09/2013- Due to address issues, on 11/15/2013 Ms. [redacted] called requesting a 3rd reship, saying she never received the packages ([redacted]). I chose to purchase the "Garcinia Cambogia Three Bottles Plus Two Free" at $29.99 times 3 bottles with no shipping fees, as advertized. When I completed filling out my information and payment, I processed the order. Even though it showed a balance of $149.99, I thought it would then show the correct balance of $89.97. When that did not show, I immediately e-mailed the Customer Service address. They validated their advertizing as being correct by stating the following:

Buy 2 get 1 Free & Buy 3 get 2 Free. The unit package price for 3 bottles is $113.82 (1 bottle cost is $37.99) as it is listed on the checkout page. When you purchase 3 bottles you get 2 for free. 5 total bottles at a cost of $149.95 is an average cost of $29.99 per bottle. Shipping and handling is an additional charge and varies depending on your delivery area.
I do believe that this is false advertizing.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I ordered the product online and communicated online via email. I did not speak with a CRS until I had waited for an email response and never received any response. if the company wants their procedure followed then they should make the instructions available and easily found on their web site as well as respond to their emails using their own email form on their web site.
