I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.On Wednesday 21 May, I was issued with 2 refund receipts; one for Safer Colon for $142.61 and one for Garcinia Cambogia for $162.06 and $5.39 shipping insurance. To date, I've only received $138.26 refunded back to my credit card. I would like the remaining amounts refunded ASAP to match the receipts issued. Regards, [redacted]

Our return policy is readily available on our website in the Terms and Conditions regarding the purchase. This customer has been refunded outside of the policy and procedures as a courtesy. We consider this matter closed.

When I called to request for the refund, I advised that the credit card on file was no longer active and that the refund would have to be applied to a new account. The representative initially stated she could not make the change but after several minutes of me being persistent, she then said she could make the change. I provided a new debit card number for the credit to be applied and no credit from CHN has been posted.

To obtain an RMA number you must contact customer service at [redacted] or RMA@[redacted]. Your RMA number will be generated and emailed to you immediately (Please be sure to check your Spam folder.) You must return all products within 15 calendar days of receipt of your RMA number. We will not process any product returns not received within 15 calendar days from the issuance of your RMA number. We recommend that you return your product using a shipping service that provides a tracking number to ensure it is received by us on time. Please allow 10 business days to process your return. We will send you a confirmation email that we received your product and we will send you an email when your refund has been issued.

 We will issue a refund as a courtesy to the customer.

After management review it was confirmed with our banking partners that the customer was refunded two times on 11/20 for $46.95 each. The refund was sent to the account used for the purchase with the credit card ending in xxxx[redacted]. Bank guidelines only allow for refunds to the card used for the initial purchase. Our records show the customer attempted to change the account to receive the refund, however, the new card on file cannot be credited per banking guidelines. The customers refunded funds were sent and are being held at the bank with the credit card ending in xxxx[redacted].

Your records show you followed the RMA procedures within the Terms and Conditions, however there is no record of your package being returned which is why we recommend you send them...

back with a tracking service. If the packages sent back cannot be clearly associated to your account we cannot identify who they belong to which is why we give instructions for writing the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure identification.
