On February 19, a supervisor with Ethical Electric notified [redacted] by way of email of the goodwill credit being offeredThis credit would effectively adjust the customer's rate back to the rate charged by the Utility for all bills in question We believe this is a satisfactory resolution

[redacted] claims no agent or supervisor with Ethical Electric attempted to reach him as per his concerns with the Revdex.comUpon review of our communications with [redacted] it has been determined that a supervisor attempted to speak with [redacted] on two occasionsThe supervisor placed a call on March 31, at 11:27AM and left a message for [redacted] ***Upon receipt of the message, [redacted] called our Member Services Department and spoke with a representative on March 31, at 11:41AM On March 31, the supervisor made a second phone call at 6:13PM to [redacted] ***, however she was unable to reach himA refund check for the difference in rates was issued to [redacted] ***A supervisor with Ethical Electric will reach out to [redacted] to confirm he received the refund

Upon receipt of [redacted] 's complaint with the Revdex.com, a supervisor with Ethical Electric researched her accountOur records indicate the customer was billed according to the agreement made upon enrollmentAs a sign of good faith Ethical Electric will issue the customer a good will credit for the difference in the rate the customer was charged and the rate of their Utility at the time they were billedOn August 5, a supervisor with Ethical Electric reached out to [redacted] to notify her of the solutionWe feel the customer is satisfied with the resolution

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Dear Sir/ Madame This is the feedback concerning the above complaintTo definitely resolve this issue, we spoke a month ago on a conference call (Justin from Ethical Electric, a Manager from [redacted] and me) Conclusions of the conference call [redacted] No check from Ethical Electric was cashed as the date of the conference call, [redacted] Based on information provided by [redacted] , Ethical Electric acknowledged many billing mistakes on my account, [redacted] clearly advised Justin, membership manager of Ethical Electric that their last bill of $was charged by Ethical Electric seven (7) times on my account, [redacted] also advised that it previously sent a check of $to Ethical Electric due to the overcharge of my account, [redacted] Justin, Membership manager then requested me to return him the two checks that were previously sent to me as compensationHe stated that a new check will be issued to me taking in account the various correctionsI did by a certified mail, [redacted] Justin also acknowledged during the conference call that Ethical will send me a compensation check of $ 243.00, [redacted] Justin again acknowledged receipt of the check relating to the overcharge from [redacted] , [redacted] He never had the replacement check issued as today 09/09/after he received the checks I did not cash returned to himAlso, he never returned my call since thenAll my calls and the dates of these are on a recorded, [redacted] Worst this company recently sent me a letter stating that I owe Ethical $without providing any detail or explanation of the amount Based on the above facts, I will really appreciate if your office could get in touch with this company so that these issues could be definitely resolved Thanks and best regards [redacted]

That's another - dollars that they have swindled from meTheir activities can not be overlooked by the Revdex.comNot even if they pay back one aware customerThey have probably collected millions of dollars in misrepresented billingI will see this exposure through and expose them and the Revdex.com if they do not act to correct the issue completely for all customers Regards, [redacted]
