Clearview’s statements are incorrect. As the contractor, Clearview was solely obligated to obtain the permits for this projectIn fact, I repeatedly informed Clearview that permits were required by the City of Los Angeles prior to commencing the installation. Likewise, Clearview’s lending partner *** also has a strict policy that requires contractor’s to obtain permits prior to starting a contract Moreover, ***’s policies further states that *** will withdraw all financing if a contractor fails to obtain all requisite permits prior to commencing a projectI made every effort to ensure Clearview obtained the permits, repaired the damages to my home and installed the windows by the presumptive installation date of May 25, However, Clearview never responded to me or *** regarding my concerns (please see attached); nor, did they obtain any permits prior to the installation date. As a result, *** withdrew financing.

This is a lame apology that has not real meaning to it. I am looking to be reimbursed $for the harassment I received over and over from the company and their telemarketers, not to mention the young lady that hung up on me when I called their office. I find their business practice deplorable and expect compensation

Myself, *** ***, my *** Foreman, *** *** met with homeowner on Monday 8/29/We went over all the issues that are in the Revdex.com complaint, we all agree that the inconsistencies in the stucco will require us to refloat stucco all areas in question and spay new *** all
areas in question , we will also be fixing the issues such as where the attic vents were painted over where the prep wasn't done right overhang and eves, we're going to be replacing electrical power that's that got painted over, we're going to be cleaning paint off faucets and water pipes like cleaning, we're going to waterblast overspray off AC condenserWe will be removing screws, hooks, nails and repairing cracks and any flaking and peeling and just generally clean up everything when we're finished will be starting this job Friday 8/2/16Thank you *** ***

That complaint has been handled I had my manager tt the home owner and she said it was complete a while ago

I would like them to contact me a couple days after Christmas and we will see if the problems are resolvedA lot of times these companies don't take responsibility for what their agents say only for what is in the contractSo that's what we have been told, but maybe they will resolve the issue.
