business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I had been ill for approx. 2 weeks and could not respond.  I believe that Clearview continues to call me but then hang up when I come to the phone.  It is the same pattern of contact as before – a variety of phone numbers that register but those numbers, when called back, are not valid.  They call on average about 2x/day. I don’t know how to proceed with the complaint at that point unless I hire some professional to figure out a way to trace the calls.  Meanwhile, it is disruptive to our household because the phone continues to disrupt our meals, responsibilities, etc.  The only difference is when I pick up the phone there is a never a person on the other end – the mechanism just hangs up the receiver.

We do apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused. As of Monday September 28,2015 your phone number has been completely removed from any of  our systems and there will be no further contact from our company.

We do not market solar, we do not sell solar, nor do we install solar. This consumer may have us confused with another company. We have removed this consumers information from our system.

This is the same lame excuse in the previous message.  they continue to do this to hundreds of people, just check them out on review pages like yelp and others.  Only resolution is $200 for the harassment I have been put through at all hours of the day.

We apologize for any inconvenience and can assure you that you will no longer be receiving any more calls from our company. All calls that have been placed are inadvertent.

The job has been cancelled and a refund check was mailed out 2/24/15. We do sincerely apologize for your experience with us and hope this resolves your concerns. Thank you.

On 08/04/2015 our company deleted your info out of our system. I reviewed it  and there has not been any calls made from us to your phone number since that date.
