For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I had already filed a complaint with your agency, ID #***, which the company SAID they had resolved with the manufacturerI was promised that the warranty I had requested on the work from June of would be sent to me via the USPS within daysIt has not been received as of yet, and since I have heard this rhetoric from them before, (i.eThe warranty is in the mail) I wanted to file an additional complaint to keep this matter open until I get the written warranty I was promised.I want the written warranty on the home energy texture coating applied in June of I will need it to sell the house

as for the email that Mr *** is referring to his demands are unreasonableso we were not able to respond to it as he keep asking for

in response to mr [redacted] request we were gonna replace his window that was broken and the screen when we installed the rest of them but he took our financing  and went with another company, and he requested the permit for his windows on 3/25 and  we actually pulled his permit on 3/29,

I do not accept that the calls placed to me were "inadvertent".  I requested to the telemarketers on (4)
separate occasion to have my number removed from their list, only to have the
telemarketers hang up on me, then continue to call.  This hanging up and continuing to call is not
"inadvertent".  I do not accept
that answer from this company.  I want
this company to reply that my telephone number will removed from their calling
list....period!  I will not accept
"inadvertent" when this company violated the DO NOT CALL list and
continued to call even after being told on multiple occasions not to call
back.  This harassment this is deliberate
on the part of this company, and I want it to stop, for ALL the people they harassing.

[redacted] contacted me about my complaint at my home and he agreed totally with me about the problem on all points and they will be back out on Friday Sept 2nd to re paint my house.  Hopefully this will go better than the last time Home Energy Solutions (ClearView) was here to paint.  There was no way to contact anyone from the complaint page and I did tell Mr [redacted] I would verify that he has made contact but the problem has yet to be actually fixed...I will contact you after the job is complete...Thanks so much, Have a Blessed day...                                     ... As per the consumer's agreement,  the texcoat from Textured Coatings of America Inc.. that we offer comes with a lifetime warranty upon installation. The written copy of the warranty will be mailed out to us and then forwarded to the consumer within 60 days.  Per conversation with...

manufacturer, they are working on sending it out. The consumer has been made aware.
