The continued rainfall this year made in very difficult to do this repair. The pool was repaired yesterday, I believe to the customers satisfaction.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  They did come out to service the heater, however, we had to light it again last week so there is obviously a defect in the heater that can not or has not been repaired. Also, they still have not come to remove the dirt as they agreed to do. They also have done nothing to repair the hole in the steel wall of the pool, nor have they even attempted to speak to us regarding the impact that this hole will have on our pool. We would like to hire a landscaper to salvage the rest of our yard, a cost we had not factored into this pool installing process since we did not know that our yard would be so damaged, but we can not hire the landscaper until Majestic removes the unwanted dirt. Again, I started asking for removal of this dirt the day after they began digging, I called Marty and he spoke to John (the owner) who said not to worry, once the concrete was installed they would remove the dirt. Marty also said that John would come to speak to us. That was in May, I have still never met the man. So, there are still THREE issues that need to be resolved. 1. Heater pilot continues to go out. 2. Excess dirt needs to be removed. 3. Hole in steel wall needs to be addressed.   Regards,  [redacted]

reviewed appear below. Someone from the company called me while I was at work and said, "I have a message to call you about fixing your pool or something." He did not even know what it was in reference too.  As per my claim, I wanted the issue to be addressed at the end of this pool season as we have the water heated with chemicals in balance. I am NOT going to drain it now. I did tell the employee this and he just said okay we can do it then. We have things planned now and would like the liner to be fixed at our convenience since we gave Majestic plenty of time to fix it at their convenience in the spring.  Regards, [redacted]

Majestic pools put a patch on the liner, thus eliminating the leak. However, they did nothing to address the hole in the steel wall behind it. Whether they caused the hole or not we will obviously never agree on, but it needs to be repaired regardless.  We also have no idea what this hole in the steel means for the future of this pool. Could it crack, get bigger, cause further problems? No one has discussed this with us, I have tried to call but was placed on hold for 33 minutes. I called back and after a 7 minute hold was told the mgr would call me back but he never did. Also, the owner was supposed to come talk to us 2 weeks ago, I don't recall if it was the 13 or 20 of July, but of course he never showed or called. They also have yet to remove the dirt that they agreed to move, thus delaying us from using the rest of our yard or even being able to mow the grass we do have since it is just a steep hill of dirt. The heater also seldom works, it has to be lit half the time. I should be able to just flip a switch and use the heater but half the time the pilot goes out so I can't use the heater if my husband is not home to light it. Very frustrating. We just want our pool to be in good working order and our yard restored to some sort of usable space. We also would like to have good communication between us and Majestic pools as we have to rely on them for maintenance and repairs.

This sidewalk was replaced two weeks ago.

We contacted this customer a few weeks ago and wanted to fix the pool. They would not allow us to.

This money has been refunded on 1/23/2017

This is normal wear and we are not responsible. The pool is over 15 years old.

I received your letter with Majestic Pools response. For the most part it is true, except that they left out the part where they would contact the makers of the [redacted] Unit I purchased to see what they coulddo for me. Since my unit was the first unit they have encountered that had a second circuit board to burn up. Which means that other Spa's have had similar problems in the past.  lt you review my original complaint, you will see that I mentioned I have no problem with Majestic Pools and Spa's. Only the product that they are selling to the Public. The [redacted] Unit that I purchased from them. I stated that I had two (2) FIRES IN A 3 YEAR TIME FRAME. ONE UNDER WARRANTY, ONE NOT UNDER WARRANTY. Both fires were caused by the circuit board shorting out. Both fires did not trip the circuit breaker. Which is a safety concern that not only the Revdex.com should raise, but all the other organizations I have complained to should raise. The next concern all should have is, why these fires occurred in the first place. What caused these units to short out and burn up. If this was an auto company the Government would step in investigate why these fires occurred and what caused these fires to occur and force the [redacted] Makers to replace and repair the defected materials that caused these fires. AT NO COST TO THE CONSUMER The Government should request that Majestic Pools and Spa's provide them with a record of How manySpa's they have sold, and how many of these spa's have had circuit boards replace. In order to get an accurate percentage of just how often these units burn up. That would also give an accurate record ofjust how severe this circuit board problem really is. In fact I am now making a formal request under the freedom of information act to obtain the information I have just stated that the government shouldrequest. Should the Revdex.com not be able to help me with my complaint, I will use this information when I complain to investigative reporters at the local Television News Organizations, which I am sure  will helpme deal with a Hazard and Safety Issue I believe exists with the[redacted] Units Majestic Pool and other distributors are selling thru out the area. I spoke with Kathy at the business and she stated they will be scheduling with the consumer at their earliest convenience, to address the issues, when the pool season ends.

To whom I t may concern, Upon installation of Mr. [redacted]'s pool on 6/29/15 our service tech showed the customer the following: That his gutters are draining towards the pool and his sump pump used to keep water from behind the liner was not operating. Mr. [redacted] was told to replace the pump. Also to...

Mr. [redacted] has spoken to Ms [redacted] and we are working out a solution to the problem .  Mr. [redacted] was in Florida for the winter but has returned and is handling this to her satisfaction.

To whom it may concern:  Our warranty  states that upon opening and closing the pool by Majestic Poos, we will warranty lines against freezing only. Upon Repair, we discovered that o rodent had chewed through one of the lines. At this time the customer was told that we would need payment...

for the repair. The customer told the repair crew that she would not pay.   The service man returned the following day to finish the concrete work after completing the line repair she was again asked for payment and the customer refused. We are requesting payment for the work completed before we finish the concrete work. Enclosed are pictures of chewed line and a copy of the warranty given to customers. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  Regards,  [redacted]  The main problem I had with this company was that I was hung up on multiples times by the woman at the inground pool showroom when trying to resolve an issue with my pool heater, This woman was down right rude and unprofessional , I no longer can call that store because this woman says she will not answer if she sees my number come up on caller ID, I will say Cindy at the Walden store did her best to work with me on getting my issue fixed and did send me a gift card for the way I was treated and the issues that occurred but that still doesn't excuse the unprofessionalsm of the woman who answers the phone at the inground pool showroom. People are spending a lot of money to purchase a pool and just because they have been paid in full doesn't mean they are any less important of customers after the purchase

The consumer called to say the business has taken full responsibility for the issues and they have resolved the complaint.
