repairing his spa and the costs involved. At which time our service was declined by Mr. [redacted] due to the cost of the repair. To date we have not received any further communication from Mr. [redacted]. We  would be more than happy to repair Mr. [redacted]s' Hot Tub, at his cost, since his manufacturer warranty has expired. This liner was installed  in 2013. The reason there are wrinkles in the liner is because the water was allowed to turn acidic. This in no way has any bearing on the installation of the liner..The customer has to be more vigilant with the water chemistry.

below.  This is not wear and tear. They broke it by hitting the bolt with a hammer to loosen it thereby breaking the entire bolt and insert. I spoke with Rob right after the incident at Nahestic and he said he was sorry and that they would fix it at their cost. They cannot change their story now.  [redacted]

We have no control over the weather and the problems with getting this job completed were totally weather related. Her repair was done and she signed a paper stating she was satisfied. We warranty our work for one year. We sent a gift certificate for $100 to compensate for the delay.

Although the pool liner repair has finally been completed there is concern that there was a large amount of water that got between the liner and the wall.  It remains to be seen if this is going to cause yet more problems with the liner and pool wall.  We would like, in writing, a statement to the effect that if there is more damage it will be repaired at no further cost, in a timely manner, and in a respectful way.  This was already stated to the company by my husband and we have not received a reply.  I also wholly disagree that it was a "rain delay" in getting our repair handled in a timely manner. We called for weeks on end and the employees and management were rude and never returned calls.  We also requested that the pool closing be done at no charge because of the inconvenience, the added cost of chemicals, water, etc. and the continued lack of consideration and rudeness exhibited by management.
