We are very dissatisfied customers We ordered ink for our Epson printer and as we are installing the new ink, we get a message: NOT A GENUINE PRODUCT We call Clickinks and they are trying to talk us through getting the ink to work It does notWho sends anything but a genuine product that works? We want our money back, but it is too late for a refund We can only get store credit We order the GENUINE product,but now it is twice as expensive and we lose $on the deal We are stuck and order the ink anyway After the allotted shipment time passes and we still don't have the ink, we call back and a disgruntled customer service representative tells us that the ink is on backorder Did they tell us that initially? No They told us the ink would go out the next day I ask to talk to a supervisor - they don't have a supervisor I ask to talk to the tech crew - no they can't put me through the tech crew I want to speak to the tech crew because for months I have been wanting to unsuscribe from their email without success I have asked everyone that I spoke to at Clickinks to unsuscribe me They all assured me that they will, but I am still, after months, getting promo email from them Perhaps if they read this scathing email, they will take me off their email list They might as well because I will never buy ink from Clickinks againInitially when we ordered ink for our Epson printer, we assumed that we would get the genuine productVery bad business ethics

I contacted Clickinks in Augfor a package of ink cartridges They wrote back and asked me to repeat my infoas the order did not go thruWRONG, I got billed immediately for orders It took weeks to send me one package and I did not accept delivery and returned it unopened which and they did acknowledge receipt My credit card bill was not credited with any refundSince then I've been in touch with them numerous times receiving a reply that I would hear from them within business days--never happenedOn my follow up emails I get the same form letter but no written response to my inquiries I am completely upset and dissatisfied with this company

I placed an order July 26th and I was really excited with the deals on the cartridges I received the cartridges on August 5th and place them in my printer and my printer died so I could not use them on the current printerI went to [redacted] and [redacted] website trying find the printer and I was told by both companies that the printer was no longer availableI had no choice but return the cartridges The customer service was very helpfulI received the RM and put them in the mail on August 12thIt is September 24th and I am still waiting for credit on my charge account It should not take over weeks to credit my credit card.It is bad enough that you charge % restocking fee I think that you should have exceptions

In November 2013, I bought two HP-XL carts from Clickinks After printing less than pages, the printer quit and indicated a problem with at least one cart After many emails and phone all, they had me send the carts back so they could check them In Feb we received replacement carts We use the HP Photosmart in our motor home while traveling and used it with the new carts for the first time in late June This time we printed less than pages and got the same error message Since July we have been sending emails, with only the canned response Guess what, on phone calls! On Oct 30, called and talked to a Rep after a long hold She claimed she could do nothing and her supervisor would call us the following day Weeks later, sent more emails, NO calls returned! Can not see how Clickinks stays in business and we have a $40+ lost!

I rate ClickInks FThis company should be shut down The service is terrible and there product is unusable I sent my ink cartilages back because they did not have ink in them After a month, they sent me a few replacement, not all These also had no ink in them, I actually opened a few of them up and they were dry! I gave up and will never use them again

Very satisfied with the customer service I receivedI had a problem with a few ink cartridges and they replaced them promptly

Whatever you do, DO NOT patronize these peopleThey are scammers of the first degreeOrdered $worth of HP replacement ink and the HP printer rejected them and said that they are damagedSome of the cartridges were leaking as wellI called the company and a guy said that he would send a return authorizationAll he sent was back the company name and address on plain piece of paper
I had to fork over another $to ship their junk back to themI have repeatedly called over a four day period before someone finally answered and said that they have "started the refund process" which will take at least daysHe told me I was out of luck on the shipping costsI have a feeling that I will have to fight to get anything out of this outfit

I have bought ink from this company for several years When I had a problem their technical support team helped me to determine what I did wrong on installation Once I had a defect and they promptly sent a replacement I have been very happy with this company The products arrive as advertised and in a timely manner

My experience with Clicklinks had been very favorable so far They were very helpful with my order

If you are looking for poor service and frustration, then this is the place for you After purchasing a groupon for ClickInks, I redeemed it on 11/16/ I am still waiting for my order They responded to my email by saying that they would respond later! I have tried calling, but they will not answer their phone I have ordered from this company for two times - the first time and the last time!

The customer service representative was very helpful in resolving my issue

I wish I had looked up clickinks on the Revdex.com's website before I placed an order with themAfter dealing with them for the last two months I now understand the F ratingI took two weeks to receive the product, three days to get a response about a return, another three days to get the return authorization, then another & 1/weeks before I got confirmation that they had received my return, all items in the order returned, one opened but the seal not broken, but would only be refunding 1/of what I paidNine emails later I can say, though I have been buying printer ink for years I have never had a worse customer service experience

My experience with Clickinks was good The only problem, it took a little longer to receive my order than I expected I understand that the colored ink was out of stock, but the black was not

I bought ink for my HP printer from this ClickInks and it took forever to arriveThen when it did arrive it does not work in my printer and the ones that do work have barely any ink in them!! Of course I can not seem to get any response from customer services! This place is a scam and should not be allowed to sell there joke of a product to anyone! I bought the value package and the only one it valued was them!!!!!

The ink Clinkinks provides lasts longer than the *** originals!

I am very pleased with the support I received from Clicklinks in regards to fixing my printing problems
