Very satisfied with the customer service I received. I had a problem with a few ink cartridges and they replaced them promptly.

In November 2013, I bought two HP-60 XL carts from Clickinks. After printing less than 20 pages, the printer quit and indicated a problem with at least one cart. After many emails and phone all, they had me send the carts back so they could check them. In Feb 2014 we received replacement carts. We use the HP Photosmart in our motor home while traveling and used it with the new carts for the first time in late June 2014. This time we printed less than 10 pages and got the same error message. Since July we have been sending emails, with only the canned response. Guess what, on phone calls! On Oct 30, called and talked to a Rep after a long hold. She claimed she could do nothing and her supervisor would call us the following day. Weeks later, sent more emails, NO calls returned!

Can not see how Clickinks stays in business and we have a $40+ lost!

We are very dissatisfied customers. We ordered ink for our Epson printer and as we are installing the new ink, we get a message: NOT A GENUINE PRODUCT. We call Clickinks and they are trying to talk us through getting the ink to work. It does not. Who sends anything but a genuine product that works? We want our money back, but it is too late for a refund. We can only get store credit. We order the GENUINE product,but now it is twice as expensive and we lose $40 on the deal. We are stuck and order the ink anyway. After the allotted shipment time passes and we still don't have the ink, we call back and a disgruntled customer service representative tells us that the ink is on backorder. Did they tell us that initially? No. They told us the ink would go out the next day. I ask to talk to a supervisor - they don't have a supervisor. I ask to talk to the tech crew - no they can't put me through the tech crew. I want to speak to the tech crew because for 6 months I have been wanting to unsuscribe from their email without success. I have asked everyone that I spoke to at Clickinks to unsuscribe me. They all assured me that they will, but I am still, after 6 months, getting promo email from them. Perhaps if they read this scathing email, they will take me off their email list. They might as well because I will never buy ink from Clickinks again. Initially when we ordered ink for our Epson printer, we assumed that we would get the genuine product. Very bad business ethics.

In three years I have experienced excellent service from Clickinks. The product (cartridges for two inkjet printers, other supplies) was most acceptable and priced to my advantage. One problem (non-respomsive chipP was addressed and fixed fully and courteoisly. I will continue to use Clickinks for my needs.

Don't purchase your ink from this business unless you are ready to deal with stress, no product, no money and hours on the phone, emails, letters wrote, etc.. I have no ink, no money, refund request multiple attempts from January 01, 2015 today is April 21, 2015. Really? This is absolutely horrible!! Over three months and nothing.

I had a problem using the ink carttridge--I called and got a quick response and it was on the button to fix my problem

I have order three times from this company and the turnaround has been great. I received what I order and the product is good.

I have been doing business with CLICKINKS for over 10 years--the products which I use on both an HP and a Brother printer have always performed perfectly and their customer service is very responsive---shipping times are always quick and on time--

Click inks has good prices on their compatible ink products and has given fast service for several orders that I have placed with them.

I have been using CLICKINK.COM for some time now and have had very positive experience. When one of the cartridges didn't work, they took it back and sent me a replacement promptly. No complaints.

I rate ClickInks F. This company should be shut down. The service is terrible and there product is unusable. I sent my ink cartilages back because they did not have ink in them. After a month, they sent me a few replacement, not all. These also had no ink in them, I actually opened a few of them up and they were dry! I gave up and will never use them again.

I have been buying ink cartridges for a very long time. I tried Clickinks. This was a huge mistake. I never received the product and have been trying since March to resolve the issue. I was literally on hold on three different occasion for 45 minutes. I sent over 30 emails. I finally got through and told them to forget the order. They said they need to charge me $9.50 for shipping for a product I never received. I was tired and just wanted the problem to end. They said it would be a minimum of 14 days before I would receive a refund. I really do not trust this company. Anyone who buys from this company is for a very bumpy ride. They really need to close their doors.

Every time I used ClickInks the customer service is outstanding and easy to use. If you forget your password you can call with ease with no questions ask. The prices are great on ink cartridges and I will always purchase from them.

I ordered the wrong ink cartridges and Clickinks.com representative very kindly handled how to return them and order the correct ones. She was clear and polite. She promised an email containing a return address label, however I never received it. Otherwise, a good transaction. I will continue to use Clickinks.
