I made a purchase through ClickInks.com on August 31, for items When I had not received anything days later, I e-mailed and got a generic "We will respond within business days" response back, but never any actual response from ClickInks I called their customer service number, waited on hold for minutes and spoke to a rep who said that one of my items would be on backorder for 1/more weeks and they wouldn't send anything until that came in I asked that my order be canceled and she said o.kthat they would cancel it and issue me a refund for my purchase days after canceling my purchase I still have not gotten a refund posted to my credit card! Don't do business with this company

I was very disappointed when I got the wrong ink, than I sent it back with one of the inks openedNow there trying to say I opened oneMy whole family can say I only opened oneNow they cant reeberse my moneyPluse u get a very good deal the first time u orderedBut adter one its twice that to order againProblem still not resolved

I have been using Clickinks for the past years and it's been a pleasure savings on in, as I am in an online class and print frequent

The black ink cartridges (2) sent by Clickinks.com were not working in my printerThey are sending me new cartridges, but I have to send back the old one back at my cost, which is no fair but worth it, because I had spent $for these two cartridges in June
I hope the new cartridges when I will receive will work correctly showing full ink level instead of empty level in the old ones
I had a bad experience with this company in the past, where they sent me an ink cartridge which did not fit in my printerAfter several back and forth e-mails, I did not get a replacement and I have to give up communicating with themThis time, they are co-operative because I called and talked to the customer support service

Let me state that I have had a neutral experience with ClickinksThe major reason this is true is that while my interaction with the company was pleasant and reasonable enough, the quality of the product I ordered left something to be desired and did not work for me at allI ordered an ink cartridge from them and it was delivered on time, but in my attempt to save a few dollars I ordered their remanufactured cartridge instead of a Canon productThe cartridge I received from them was the correct size and type of ink, but my printer could not read the chip in it therefore disabling my printerI am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of said ink cartridgeA visual inspection of this item when compared to my now empty cartridge showed what I deem shoddy workmanship -- the case looked rough, the film that connected to the chip seemed skewed, and the sensors on it didn't line upThe representative I contacted emailed me with information I basically looked up online that didn't prove to be a successful fix to my problem but was courteous and professionalBut now I face another problem caused by the cartridge fiascoClickinks emailed me a return shipment label that I need a functioning printer to printBut my order was to resolve an issue that I have with my printer in the first placeMuch to my dismay Clickinks could only send my label by email and wasn't setup to, nor in understanding of my request for a label to be sent by snail mailThis forces me to do business with another source and request a refundIn summary the service was passable but the quality and usefulness of the product is lacking

ClickInks is, I conclude, running a scam operationThey send the wrong cartridge for a printer, then tell you to return it, then don't make the refundI have been trying for months to get a refund, without successEach time I call I am promised that it will be made by xyz date, but it does not happenThey keep moving the date, hoping that the customer will give upDO NOT TRUST THEM - THEY ARE CROOKS! VERY NEGATIVE!

Have been purchasing ink from Click inks for some time now and have never had a problem, Find the cartridges always available and of good quality at a good priceWell recommended

I contacted Clickinks in Aug. 2014 for a package of 3 ink cartridges.
They wrote back and asked me to repeat my info. as the order did not
go thru. WRONG, I got billed immediately for 2 orders.
It took 3 weeks to send me one package and I did not accept delivery and
returned it unopened which and they did acknowledge receipt.

My credit card bill was not credited with any refund. Since then I've been in touch with them numerous times receiving a reply that I would hear from them within 2 business days--never happened. On my follow up emails I get the same form letter but no written response to my inquiries.

I am completely upset and dissatisfied with this company.

I found my transaction with this company favorable, helpful and prompt.

I placed an order for toner for my printer om May24, 2016.
As of today, June 9 I was told I may have it by Monday June 13.
I was able to track it for a time & it went from Fla to N Ky to S Mi & is now somewhere in Pa. I live in Dayton Ohio so it has gone all around but failed to appear here.
I spoke with a nice young lady but her English & ability to communicate was lacking. She had no idea & just kept telling me it would be here in 7 - 10 days. She did not understand it is now 17 days. I definately would not recommend the company & hope the product is better than the customer service.

Run and do not buy from them. I bought in June 2015 and after 2 weeks of not getting my order I called and finally got to speak to someone.( expect a long wait).. They said it was out of stock so I cancelled the order since I bought my much needed ink, locally. I spent just under 100.00 and then I waited and nothing came through as a credit on my credit card. So I called again and waited forever and they apologized and said I will receive my credit. I was promised that I would get my credit... Nothing and after 2 months of waiting, I started a process with my credit card company. I finally got my credit on Nov 11,2015. It took 5 months to get my credit. That is unacceptable and I found out the hard way and wanted to warn people.. Consider yourself warned and good luck..

I placed an order July 26th and I was really excited with the deals on the cartridges.
I received the cartridges on August 5th and place them in my printer and my printer died so I could not use them on the current printer. I went to [redacted] and [redacted]
website trying find the printer and I was told by both companies that the printer
was no longer available. I had no choice but return the cartridges.
The customer service was very helpful. I received the RM and put them in the mail on August 12th. It is September 24th and I am still waiting for credit on my charge account. It should not take over 4 weeks to credit my credit card.It is bad enough that you charge 20 % restocking fee.
I think that you should have exceptions.

The process was well organised and the agent was polite and helpful.
