A man calling himself [redacted] called...He asked me about my complaint against his company...I told him about his breaking of the contract he had made with us in January 2016...I told him I had to pay $to [redacted] to continue my service because his company had no phone service available....Also when I finally did reach Cloud Wave Techologies and told them I wanted to cancel service because they had been totally unable to service my machines due to his servers being down..They told me on different occasions that their accounting deptwould return my call....I never received a call until they received my complaint via Revdex.com....When he did finally give me a call, he said this delay was due to his grandmothers death and one half months ago.? He did refund the $I paid [redacted] ....But what about my $I paid to him; with no service at all done for me?.....His contract clearly states I have the right of cancellation with a refund minus services the company had done....But they did nothing for me.? I believe because of what he agreed to in his contract,and because of their inability to give me the service he agreed to do, ? that Cloud Wave Technologies owes me at the very least $400....He does not want to refund the money owed me.....This is not good business; and I am very dissatisfied with Cloud Wave Technologies for not honoring their contract Regards, [redacted] ? ? ? ? ?

The response did not even address my complaintThe response stated they had installed [redacted] security on the computerI never questioned thatThe topics? of my complaint were that they lied to my mother and took advantage of an elderly woman and sold her services she does not needThey led her to believe she was talking to [redacted] All she needed was to update her credit card expiration date for an automatic renewal of her [redacted] license (that they told her was not available).? They lied to me and told me they were contractors for [redacted] , and [redacted] told me that they do not hire such contractorsAnd they told me that they would refund the money when they called on 3/14.? I have removed the [redacted] license they installed her computer so they can use it on other computersResolution will be $refunded to my mother's credit card (they can visit inv for that information).? We had stalk with [redacted] and informed him that he will recieve the refund soon the investigation is complete .

I received a credit from cloudwave but it was only for not the I was originally chargedI got refund the next day so they can respond quicklyI just want my full refund
