I recently sent a complaint about Cloud Wave technologies, I would like to edit that complaint. I have been in contact with the owner who was very helpful. She refunded the full amount back to my credit card. [redacted] was very professional about the situation however the people she has working for her...

and representing her company are not! Although she has assured me these employees were dealt with I would still careful who you speak to dealing with this company. Stay away from [redacted], if thats even his real name,
