The coach replacement will be in July 2nd I have not received a date as of yet for pieces of dresser I will deliver those as soon as we receive delivery When placing the order I did accidently hit wrong button and ordered a nightstandI delivered the chest immediately upon receiving it and Mr [redacted] has not mentioned that he still has night stand which he did not purchase I delvered the mattress which he ordered which is on my showroom floor and am willing to replace it if necessary to satisfy this unfortunate series of events The [redacted] s have been very good customers and I sincerely apologize that this has transpired I'm sometimes at mercy of my suppliers and want to satisfy the situation quickly.I'm traveling out of the country tomorrow until July 18th I assume I will have access to email but not 100% sure

Mattress will be in Monday Aug 3rdand will be delivered immediately I called and left message on [redacted] s voicemail today

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

I'm trying to understand what is now being claimedthey only received pages of the contract? 2.even tho her signature is inches below payment terms I some how coerced her into agreeing to something else and lastly the hand written receipt is NOW also not correct??? CLS Direct has completed [redacted] deals in and over in last 2-yearsCLS Direct didn't complete those deals misrepresnting the payment terms Customer can easily view contract again by logging online into her account Customer was given all pages of contract at time of purchase Lastly she received a copy of hand written receipt at time of purchase I will be back in country July 18th and feel a arbitration with Revdex.com is best way to come up a solutionI'm willing to address all of these issues and come up with something that is fair I strongly deny any of the series of events that this baseless complaint claims If that doesn't work, Revdex.com tell me what is best way to come up with a solution.Thank you

Firstly, you have not called a single time to inform us of anything, except the times your employees showed up to inspect the armless love.Unless your count of visits includes delivery then yes, otherwise a resounding No!Secondly, My wife Mrs [redacted] has contacted you and or your employees on several occasions and have not been giving anything except I don't know, we don't know, we won't know, there is no way to find out, as soon as we know you knowThirdly, At this point my Wife and I have been given no other choice but to move forward in our own regards to get this issue resolved, seeing how we have not been reassured by you, your company or the manufacturer that the warranty would be honored and is worth at least the ink and the paper it is printed on

I HAVE SOME TO ADD TO THIS MY WIFE AND I CANNOT MAKE THE PAYMENT FOR AUGUST DUE ON THE EIGHT SO WE HAVE CONTACTED [redacted] FINANCIAL TO PICK THE ITEMS UP TOMORROW FRIDAY THE THIRTY FIRST WE HAVE TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS AND FIFTY NINE CENTS COMING OUT OF OUR BANK ACCOUNT TO PAY FOR THEM TO PICK THE ITEM UP... WE WOULD GREATLY LIKE TO ADD THIS AMOUNT TO OUR REFUND AMOUNT BECAUSE IF THEY HAVE TAKE CARE OF THIS ISSUE IN THE BEGINNING WE WOULD NOT NEED TO PICK THE ITEMS UP AND PAY ANY FEES FOR SUCH (SORRY FOR THE CAPS AND NO PERIODS MY LAPTOP IS BEING STUPID RIGHT NOW AND WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO CORRECT UNLESS I SHUT IT DOWN BUT I WANTED TO SEND THIS FIRST BEFORE I FORGOTTEN)THANK YOU

There is no factual information provided in this complaint I will forward the contract that was provided and signed by Ms [redacted] I've repeadly tried to have a professional conversation and haven't gotten anywhere CLS Direct doesn't draft the finance contracts or payment schedules I provided the contraCt and payment schedule is clearly stated directly above her signature The line directly above signature I receipt of goods portion clearly states that by signing "will intiate the purchase of custom piece" Which is exactly what Ms [redacted] ordered I believe that some type of arbitration would best remedy

I'm not sure where the communication break down is occurring We have been to home on this different occassions at this point and spoken to Ms [redacted] and kept her in the loopTo be clear we last spoke on April 18th according to my records I expect the piece to be in first week of May I can't give a exact day until the truck is scheduled I did try to flag down Mr [redacted] to tell him something was rubbing on his vehicle when he put van in reverse

I cannot seem to locate a receipt with your last name on this date. Can you please forward your receipt number to properly respond to complaint? Thank you, CLS Direct

If the correct mattress is in, why does no one other than *** know what I'm talking about when I call, why has it not been delivered by now, and why was I unaware until now?Nearly two months is hardly a timely fashion.I will accept the response when A) the dates quit changing, and B) I have all the correct furniture in proper condition.As for the night stand, I did not order it, did not want it, and could care less if the delivery people take it backNo one has bothered to take it on their many delivery trips

This merchant continues to dance around the issueWhich is I declined the merchandise which is my optionHe is not addressing the fact that he is trying to get me and my fiance to pay for something we do not haveHe thinks that consumers with a certain credit rating are ignorant as wellHe did not give me a contract the day I was in his establishment*** Financial emailed me a contract and I have the emailAnd as I said pages are missingHe never showed me a five page contract and he knows itHe assume hes intimidating and more intelligent but notI've owned several businesses myselfHe picked the wrong consumer to bully!!!!!!!

CLS has contacted customer to notify them that replacement piece will arrive on April 30thI spoke to Mrs*** and also left message on Mr***'s voicemailWe are available to deliver replacement piece anytime after April 30th

We'd think CLS might offer the compensation for our troubles, or maybe sell it? At this point, I'd rather not have anything else to do with this companyI'd rather keep the nightstand and buy a mattress elsewhere at this pointIf that is acceptable, I will let the matter drop

I spoke to the owner ChrisWho stated he would have the lamp on the truck with my table, but STILL does not know when that will be
I will close the Revdex.com complaint WHEN I have my items that are paid forIt has now been monthsAlso notice in this response they do not address the tableAlso, I called them, they didn't call me, that's how I found d out the lamp was even in

I just hung up with Mr *** and we are delivering his piece tomorrow. Frankly until this piece came in we are stuck between rock and hard place. I wish we could have received it quicker and owe the ***s a sincere apology. They have been a pleasure to work with and deserved
better treatmentI'm so sorry that it came to this and I accept full responsibility for the delay

we have attempted to deliver the lamp and not heard back from her at this point. I can have the lamp brought to her immediately after contact is made

This furniture was delivered on April 17th and signed received in perfect condition I will include the delivery receipt stating as such That is over days in the customers possession We have customers sign the receipt in order to make sure the transaction was completed properly We feel at that point the furniture is no longer our property and becomes property of the purchaser Customer failure to pay the finance company is not a CLS Direct issue We completed the delivery and have provided written proof confirming the same

This dispute started minutes after the delivery took place, not daysI feel though, that I need to clarify an important detail that has been displaced since this journey has beganI contacted the furniture store about the damaged furniture, not the amount of our paymentThe one time that we did call about the payment, we were directed to the financing company, *** Financial, which we directed all payment questions towards themI do not know why that is so hard to understandOtherwise, all of the phone calls directed at CLS was concerning the damaged furniture that we still haveI am done being reasonable and have decided to go a different routeSo, I intend for this dispute to be the last time I speak of themThank you for nothing

Actually I called Mike the same day that I received the cabinets and told him that it was broken and actually sent him a picture when I got home and let him know about the soft closeYour company definitely mislead us by saying all of your cupboards came with soft close that is why I decided to buy them from youI have every text between Mike and I and the *** cupboard rep stating you guys were making it right and getting me the soft closeI have text Mike numerous times and he hasn't responded to me that is poor customer service
