I spoke to customer and honestly CLS Direct did not live up to our expectations.  We had some turnover with staff and simply customer got lost in shuffle. I accept FULL responsibilty and frankly customer deserved to be treated better.  I have ordered the table and will deliver her as soon as it arrives.  I will also include $100 gift certificate.

There is no factual information provided in this complaint.  I will forward the contract that was provided and signed by Ms. [redacted].  I've repeadly tried to have a professional conversation and haven't gotten anywhere.  CLS Direct doesn't draft the finance contracts or payment...

schedules.  I provided the contraCt and payment schedule is clearly stated directly above her signature.  The line directly above signature.  I receipt of goods portion clearly states that by signing "will intiate the purchase of custom piece".  Which is exactly what Ms [redacted] ordered.  I believe that some type of arbitration would best remedy.

(1) when the furniture was delivered to my house, the gentleman and my wife looked at the furniture and saw damages to the table set. The gentleman instructed my wife to sign the paperwork he had saying the furniture was delivered, that was it, and it was based on the promise that undamaged and the correct furniture was delivered at a later time. My wife did so. Since that day, we have called the store monthly asking them about the status of our furniture. Both parties have asked for a resolution before contacting the Revdex.com. CLS has stated they are doing research for the order, so that they may get the correct furniture and undamaged to our house. Out of 20 times calling them, they have returned our call maybe once or twice. There resolution seems to be to do nothing until we stop calling. My resolution is to have CLS pick up my furniture, then have CLS refund the money we have paid towards damaged and incorrect furniture.. Furthermore, if CLS is going to employee people , they better make sure they can do there jobs ethically, meaning not lie to my wife just to drop the order off and go away, but to actually provide customer service. What my wife should have done is not sign the paperwork until the correct furniture was delivered, but then again, CLS employee should not have stated he would make sure the correct furniture was delivered at a later date, if there was never an intention to do so. If the only argument CLS has is that we signed a paper saying the order was complete, they are only presenting half the story. Attached is an email my wife sent, [redacted], concerning the damaged furniture and incorrect furniture delivered. In the attachment you will find the damages and incorrect furniture complaints is immediate, meaning the day the furniture was delivered. I understand that any payments we pay is to a financial agency, not CLS. If need be, I will contact T Mobile and have my phone records emailed to me to be given as proof.

Mattress will be in Monday Aug 3rd. and will be delivered immediately.  I called and left message on [redacted]s voicemail today.

order was delivered in the normal 2-4 week time frame. Any claims of latedelivery are baseless in fact. We have spoken to the customer numerous times explaining thatevery single item purchased was delivered, signed for and accepted in perfect condition. If thecustomer needs any other items they will need to be purchased before any order will be placed.Again, this has been respectfully explained on numerous occasions. If the customer wishes tomake a return on the drawer base 18, CLS Direct will send it to the rnanutactuter and can creditthe amount left over, which would be $168.60 and use that towards the purchase of a DrawerBase 15 and wall fill3", which is $426.00. Leaving a balance of $257.40. At this point we havereceived no cabinet to return.
