I had a terrific experience at the CMI office in Phoenix on Tuesday, July 19th with Mr. Tracey. Although I initially spoke with Cathy on the phone, I ended up completing the transaction with Mr. Tracey in person. Considering that I'm fairly new to precious metals investing, I had a wide array of questions for Mr. Tracey, and he did his best to answer each of my questions to my satisfaction. It is also worth mentioning that I did not feel rushed during our meeting (there are, unfortunately, other companies out there with employees who try to get you in and out of the office as quickly as possible), which makes me feel comfortable conducting more transactions of a similar magnitude with CMI in the future. Overall, I found Mr. Tracey to be very knowledgeable, helpful, informative, candid, and insightful. I learned a lot of things about precious metals that I didn't know prior to our meeting. Mr. Tracey went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly and that I had a positive experience. Finally, I'd like to add that I met with Johnny last week, and he was terrific as well.
