I have been dealing with CMIGS since March, 2011, over the phone and in person in Phoenix.. Dean G[redacted], senior broker, was very personal and knowledgeable. We both trusted each other from the beginning. I had called and compared three other companies, both personnel and pricing, before I chose CMI, mostly by the way I was treated on the phone, plus pricing. In May 2013, coupled with a visit to a daughter in the Phoenix area, I decided to divest my holdings in gold and silver. I and Dean hauled several hundred pounds of coins and bullion up to his office where I received, to my surprise, very fair repurchase prices, during a declining market. I have recently been dealing with [redacted] Tracy, who treated me very cordially over the phone, quoted me reasonable prices, said to just drop in a personal check, and prices would be locked in, until my check arrived. Very positive transaction.
