This is the first time I have ever written a Revdex.com review, but I thought it would be helpful to others, just as the other reviews helped me in selecting CMI Gold & SIlver.

I recently made my first precious metals purchase after much research. Being new at this, I wanted a company that I could feel comfortable with, as honesty and integrity are very important in this sort of transaction. After researching this company and others, I felt that CMIGS was worth further investigation. I decided that if they could give me a good telephone experience, that I would venture down and pay them a visit. I initially spoke with [redacted], who answered all of my questions. When I explained that I would like to visit in person the next business day, [redacted] explained that he would not be in the office, but that [redacted] would be available to assist me. When I called to contact [redacted] to let him know I was coming in, he was well aware of my conversation with [redacted].

In a nutshell, [redacted] made my first transaction with CMIGS a very pleasant one. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made both my wife and I feel very at ease doing business with CMIGS. I now consider myself a client of both [redacted] and CMIGS. I will definitely be visiting with them again in the near future.

Today I decided to call CMI and get some info on investing. I started calling CMI, I noticed that it was past 5:00 PM MST. I did not expect for anyone to pick up. I figured I had missed my window and that I would have to wait until tomorrow. To my surprise someone picked up. [redacted] (pretty cool name right!) answered my call. Right out the gate [redacted] was educating me about what I should invest in and how I should go about it. I had called Gold Line prior to calling CMI and I had got a price for gold. Something did not seem right, I felt that the price for what I wanted was too high and what I was receiving was not enough. [redacted] explained to me why that is and how I can get the most bang for my buck. I ended up choosing to invest with him because when it comes to investing, you need to feel educated not sold. That's exactly what I felt, I felt educated and I feel that I made a sound decision that is right for me and my family. I will encourage my friends and family to use this company. The transaction was easy and all went as advertised. I've dealt with CMI more than once and it is always easy and there are no surprises.

I historically dealt with Only Gold before it was merged with or sold to CMI Gold and Silver. I have never had a problem with either company and have been treated with the utmost of professionalism. They do what they say they will, when they say they will, and how they say they will. I am happy to give them a good recommendation.

Just wanted to say thanks to Mr. Tracey for taking the time to help me understand all the options available to me for buying gold and silver coins. I talked to a few other dealers and they all wanted me to buy their special "old" coins no questions asked right off the bat but when I called CMI they started by asking me what my goals where, when I saw myself selling and then they showed me 3-4 different options that fit my investing needs. (Did you know not all coins weigh the same. Thus yield a better or worse return on buy back). So in the end I chose the gold eagles. CMI took the time to talk to me, educate me and then let me make the decision on what coin was best for me. They really did make sure I was treated as a client and not just another sell.
