[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This company, CMR, is assuming I don't understand how this matter works with them and the insurance companyWhy, I don't know, but I completely understand and I think it is only common curtesy for the company, CMR, to respond to the customer after their agent, Patrick, said he wouldMy complaint is Patrick dismantled the AC and left it like thatThe AC was functional before he came and his invoice that he wrote explains that, but we could no longer use it because he dismantled itUltimately the bottom line is CMR never responded to numerous phone calls from me, and this was the hottest week of the year and my family suffered because of itRespond to me and allow me to make a decision for my familyfurthermore, the harshness from one of the women who answers the phone is unacceptableI would like to thank Revdex.com for at lest looking into this matter, but, I'm far from being satisfied

We only started working with this company because our home warranty contracted them out to us First of all their staff is incredibly rude and Denise is by far the worst of them We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday the 20th and when my husband I both took that day off (dual military) we waited until about and had not heard anything from CMR We proceeded to give them a call and Denise informed us that they had cancelled our appointment because we didn't call to confirm the day before Why would we have to call to confirm the appointment that we had already made and why had we not been told to do so if that were the case They had the wrong phone number so I can understand why they weren't able to contact us (if they had actually tried) We then scheduled another appointment for July 27, because that was the soonest they could get us seen, meanwhile our family which includes two young children and three dogs are sitting in a degree house for yet another week We called to confirm the day prior and were told that our technician would be there between the hours of 1400- At that day I placed a call to CMR to ask if they could give me a more specific time as I am not able to just spend hours at home waiting for someone to show up The woman politely told me that the technician was working an installment prior to my house and they would call me thirty minutes to an hour prior to my technician arriving They say that if you call their office number after hours it will roll over to the technician on duty, but I called at and to check on the status of our technician and I got the answering machine I left the house at because I had dinner plans with some friends that night I receive a call at (no caller ID) which is almost hours after our "appointment time" telling me that a technician is on the way I let her know that I was not coming back as I was already gone, but that I would try to get someone there as soon as possible I had someone at the house by and my husband returned home at approximately but no technician ever arrived He called them and left a message and I also called them at requesting they call me first thing in the morning because nobody showed up Of course nobody called us, so I called them at and Denise has the nerve to call my husband and I liars because her technician "showed up" at and waited minutes and took it upon themselves to leave Denise claimed that the technician had knocked on the door heard our dogs barking and nobody came to the door Regardless of that, I couldn't figure out why this technician wouldn't call me back prior to leaving to ask if someone was in route because they were already hours late, so you would think they would do whatever necessary to make things right She also claimed that she called me to inform me that the technician was going to be late, but again that was a 100% lie and my phone call log will prove that one My husband asked Denise to talk to someone higher than her because she is only the office manager and she informed him that Doug was still on vacation We had asked her the week prior to talk to Doug, but he was on vacation last week as well When my husband asked for his last name she rudely informed him that she is not required to give his last name Roger that We reached out to our home warranty company again and we will not have to deal with CMR again as they are contracting us out to another company that will fix our AC today STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN OR REQUEST TO UTILIZE A DIFFERENT ONE!!!

To whom it may concern, After reading the complaint by [redacted] here is the response from CMR Ventures LLC On May 7th [redacted] place a service call with her home warranty companyWe are a sub contractor for the warranty company On May 8th we arrived at [redacted] ***s home to find that there was a leak in her thermal expansion valve [redacted] expressed to us at that time that another company had installed a compressor in the system in January and she has had high utility costs all winterThe high cost were due to the condenser not having Freon and running on straight electric heat The thermal expansion valve (TXV) was orderedThe part had to come from the factory which takes longer than if we could use a universal part On June 3rd our install crew went out and installed the new part and had the system up and running On June 15th [redacted] called our company to let them know that the system quit working again On June 17th I returned to [redacted] ***s home to find that there was a refrigerant restriction in the system, from the system being open all winter with the TXV On June 20th we sent a technician to the home and found that [redacted] had been still running the system and it was frozenWe let her know that we would have to let the ice melt and we could come back outShe stated she was going out of town and would call us backShe never returned the numerous calls that we left for her [redacted] has asked for compensation but also wrote us a bad check for $that she owed for the Freon when the TXV was installedWe have made several attempts to contact her to no avail [redacted] has since had the warranty company repair her system CMR Ventures LLC has tried to handle this matter in a very professional way but [redacted] has been difficult at times not understanding how the parts are sent to us and how the warranty company worksWe are at their mercy when it comes to getting authorization for the jobs to be doneWhen it is hot outside its even worstThe sub contractors take the blame for it all and not always their faults Since [redacted] wrote us a bad check for $my resolution to the problem is to let her keep it and CMR Ventures LLC will be happy to provide a free fall check up for her system in the fall Thank you for all of your time in this matter I hope this helpsDoug S***

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I find it funny that the representative to address the numerous telephone calls and voice messages I mentioned leaving which ALL went unansweredAt this point, I do not know what or who to believeThe Warranty Company, [redacted] , is blaming the contractor CMR Ventures Heating and Air Conditioning, the contractor, is blaming the warranty companyHowever at the end of the day, the only one suffering is ME, the customer! It’s been consistently or more degrees since placing my initial claim 7+ weeks ago, and I’m being forced to remain living in these extreme and uncomfortable conditions while the two companies point fingers and place blameI’m confusedI have coverage, I’ve filed a claim, I’ve been assigned a contractor, the problem has been established, and I’ve paid the $service fee for services that have unfortunately not been renderedIt’s bad enough that I am suffering, however I also have a small puppy and an elderly my mother, staying here in my home and suffering as wellBOTH parties seem to be trying to ‘pass the buck’ and name the other scapegoat, if you will Because the way I see it, had someone, anyone, from CMR Ventures responded to even ONE of my many telephone calls and/or voice messages, the problem would have been fixed weeks agoYet, they call themselves a competently run company? I think notWhat’s competent and professional about a company who takes the money of its customers and handles them AFTER they’ve made their buck, as if everything about the customer is an inconvenience? This company was referred to me through a service request about the AC blowing warm air to the home warranty company It went horrible from the the initial request They never contacted me, although I was clearly listed as the point of contact to schedule the repair After not hearing anything for four days, I called the warranty company back and was informed that they had scheduled with me for that Saturday They recommend, I contact CMR Ventures directly, where I was promptly informed by the person answering the call, that I had failed to return their calls When I asked for the number being called, I found they were contacting the property owners corporate number A property owner who was out of the countryWithin hours of the repair water began to pool under the furnace I called the home warranty company who placed an emergency call to CMR Ventures I never heard from them I had to call the home warranty company, again, and then I heard from CMR Ventures Another repairman comes out, and states the drain line is clogged He flushes the line and says that should resolve the problem but hours later, the water once again begins to pool under the furnace I call the home warranty company again, who calls CMR Ventures and the cycle of non-contact repeats itself to include calling the property owner, who is still out of the countryOnce again CMR Ventures sends out a repairman, who, while very knowledgeable, has no clue what the previous repairman did, so once again flushes the drain line This was a Friday By that Saturday night, the AC unit is once again blowing hot air but still leaking water I called CMR Ventures' emergency number three times on Sunday Twice the voicemail box is full and the third I get an answering service who states they will send them a message for Monday morningMonday morning, I contact CMR Ventures After being on hold for about 5-minutes, I am told they will have a repairman to the house on Tuesday and will call me later in the day to provide the time frame in which they will be out By 3:30pm, I had not heard from them Knowing they close at 4:30pm, I call them (on all the numbers I have for them) and now it appears all their phones are out of serviceWe are now four weeks from the initial service request and the AC system has returned to the original problem, blowing hot air and added leaking water Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated and tiredI refuse to have them return to the house and I have lodged an official complaint at the corporate level of the home warranty company

[redacted] did indeed place a work order with her warranty companyUnfortunately unless a customer requests a certain vendor they get different ones each timeSo when a new company is sent out unless the homeowner informs us we would have no idea who came to their homeWe at CMR try to examine all the problems with a HVAC system with every callOur technician was unaware that there was another company until the homeowner informed usWith that our technician was able to see what the problem was [redacted] 's unit had a bad TXVWe informed [redacted] that the part would be 3-days to receive and we would call her when it arrivedAfter installing the new TXV our technician missed that the contactor was going bad and needed to be replacedAs with any company sometimes mistakes happen and we try to make the repairs as quickly as possibleCMR Ventures is a reputable company and we are busy due to the A+ work we provideCMR has since been in contact with [redacted] and provided her refund as we try to keep all customer satisfiedThank You CMR Ventures LLC

CMR Ventures provides top quality service for every customerThis service call began on 7/26/ [redacted] called his warranty company stating his A/C wasn't workingCMR arrived at the home to find the thermostat was bad and the unit was low on FreonCMR replaced the thermostat and *** [redacted] told the technician not to put the Freon inWith every home warranty service call the homeowners are required by the warranty company to pay a service fee [redacted] paid the fee as CMR did everything they could to do the repairOn 8/11/ [redacted] was returned to the schedule to come out and add the FreonBut [redacted] cancelled the call [redacted] called back and was then put on the schedule for 8/16/Upon arrival the technician found the system was frozenThis is due to running the system with low on Freon [redacted] was told we had to turn off the system and let it thawThere was nothing that could be done until the unit is ice free [redacted] called into CMR on 08/17/demanding that CMR get someone out to his house that dayCMR explained to [redacted] that our schedule was completely full and we could put him on for 08/18/He accepted the appointment and is currently on the scheduleWe at CMR tried everything possible to explain and help [redacted] but were unsuccessfulUnfortunately we cannot return his money due to the fact that the service and all protocols have been followed as set up by the warranty companiesThank You CMR Ventures LLC

Date: Thu, Feb 16, at 12:PMSubject: Re: [redacted] Rebuttal ( [redacted] )To: [redacted] @myRevdex.com.orgIn response to the rebuttle of the [redacted] claim, whether an outside company was either hired by the [redacted] or the warranty company the system was replacedDue to the nature of the problem with the equipment (reversing valve) it was repairable and the system was not in need of replacementUnfortunatly we at CMR have to deal with customers that want their equipment replaced even though it is not warrantedOther contractors sell new equipment because that's what the customer has asked and that's how they make their moneyWe are hired by the warranty company to repair the equipment if it can be done which is the case here As stated in the original reply, CMR made several attempts to enter the home and property and the dog on the property would not let the techs in.8/3/checked system found no Freon due to leak in reversing valveService fee of due for service call as determined by the warranty company.8/16/Installed new reversing valve and added Freon to system customer must pay for Freon as per warranty companyFound bad compressor in system due to running with no Freon before repair was completedNot detectable until start up was due to happen8/25/Replaced compressor pulled vacuum and added Freon again(customer not charged for Freon as per warranty company) found bad valve9/9/replaced valvecould not check system due to dog in house and would not let tech in.9/14/returned to start system found it was full of Freon but needed a senior techcustomer never returned any calls when we reached out to them to have repair completed CMR fully fulfilled their obligation to the homeowner to repair system and finds no reason for refund or lawsuitAs you can see we made the attempts to complete the job and the homeowner failed to allow us to do thatThank YouDouglas S

We at CMR Ventures LLC provide top quality work to all of our customersWe in fact did dispatch a Qualified Technician to Mr***' houseThe technician found that the capacitor was badDue to the fact that the unit had been running with a bad capacitor the compressor was now out on overload Mr [redacted] did not understand this conceptThe technician explained that when a unit continues to run or tries to run with a bad capacitor the compressor gets to hot to come back on and needs time to cool offWhen Mr [redacted] called into CMR he became very belligerent with the office manager and demanded someone back to his homeHe simply would not listen to reasonAfter trying to talk to Mr [redacted] CMR felt that it was best for him to contact his home warranty company and we would do the same and provide another service contractor to his homeMr [redacted] at that point continuously called CMR after being told to please not call any longer that the matter has been turned over to his warranty companyCMR Ventures at one point had to stop answering the phoneMr [redacted] was contacted by the warranty company and told There would be no charge from the new company for the service feeThe warranty company agreed with CMR Ventures and sent a new companyUnfortunetly there is no way for CMR to refund his $service fee as it was used for the initial service callThank You CMR Ventures

Nobody is trying to pass the buck or do anything to slight [redacted] in any wayWe at CMR Ventures LLC have no choice but to follow the guidelines set forth by the warranty companyThen we install the equipment as they are receivedWe do not take anyone out of turn and do out best to get to the customers in a timely manorAs of Friday 6/12/ [redacted] 's installation has been completedWe have heard nothing to the contrary that she is having any problemsThank You CMR Ventures LLC

We at CMR Ventures LLC take pride in being a family owned and operated businessWhen we arrived at the *** home in the beginning of august we noticed that the unit was in fact low on Freonafter checking system no leak was detectedWe at that point added Freon and stop leak to the system
the ***s then placed a new service call weeks later stating the unit was not working any longerThe technician arrived and found the unit low on Freon againThe technician used a electronic leak detector and found the leak in the coilHe took pictures and sent the discovery over to the Home Warranty companyThe claim was denied because it was discovered to be not wear and tear because the coils were severely damaged by othersThe ***s at that point called a company on their ownThey stated they found a leak in a copper line in the unit as wellI informed the *** that we would come back out to repair that leak and there would be no chargeI also informed them that the damage to the coil would not be covered due to the damage and if the Freon leaked back out we could not warranty that** *** at that point got angry and hung upDue to the circumstances we will be unable to return the money for Freon as we offered to come back to the home and fix for no charge the second TimeThank You CMR

To Whom it may concern After Reviewing this matter further the problem seems to be that *** *** unit was left off for safetyThe water that was leaking into the unit could have shorted out the motor that is located below the coil*** *** was then denied by his warranty company due to the failureAt this point the only thing we can offer *** *** is a fair price to replace the drain pan on his coil. It is unfortunate that *** *** is in this predicament but that is in the hands of his warranty company and not with CMRThank You for your time in this matter

We have contacted ** *** to inform him we could have someone there in Saturday to correct the problem as this is Friday and we have no availability for todayHe simply stated he will not be home and this is why it was set up for TuesdayWe have tried to work with ** *** and at this point we have no choice but to await him to repair the problemWe at CMR try very hard to maintain a good relationship with our customers and sometimes we miss something when doing a repair just like an auto mechanic may not fix your car completely the first timeBut we do try to accommodate our customers the best we canNo matter if it's a new customer or old everyone is treated the same and all fairlyThanks CMR

To whom it may concern: My company CMR Ventures LLC was dispatched by *** warranty company to provide service for ***
***On 3/12/We dispatched a service technician to *** ***'s homeUpon inspection of the furnace the technician for that the transformer was bad and needed to be replacedHe replaced the transformer and checked the operation and found no other problems *** *** called his warranty company again on April at 9:P.M to report the system had stopped working againUpon inspection of the unit the technician found the board was bad and the transformerWe at that time ordered both the components On April 17th the parts were installed on *** ***'s furnace and the heat was working at that time On April 30th *** *** reported that the a/c was not working CMR Ventures LLC dispatched the technician to find the heat limit shorted to the cabinetOne was ordered CMR Ventures LLC installed the limit and found that the board had been shorted out again not of CMRs control. On 5/14/I personally went to the home to install the new partsAfter inspection of the equipment I went through the unitI replaced the module and installed a fuseWhen I started the A/C the fuse blewAfter inspection I found that *** ***s dog had chewed his thermostat wiresI repaired the wires and now the system is running fine. CMR Ventures does not or cannot control a bad part from the manufacturer or can we see how the equipment is run or maintainedWe cannot determine how long parts take to come insometimes the parts come into us fast and sometimes they don't it is all supply and demandWe cut out the wires from the unit and explained to *** *** that he cannot let the dog near that to prevent it from happening again. which is plastic had meltedThe only way the drain pan can melt Is by the furnace overheatingWe are required to call into the warranty company with the diagnosis and they have the final say on weather the repair is covered or not. After CMR Ventures LLC calls in the diagnosis it is the responsibility of the warranty company to contact the customer and let them know weather the repair is covered or notUnfortunately that is beyond our control
*** *** was informed that the Air conditioning could not be run as the drain pan is on top of the furnace and could cause further damage Working with the warranty companies does provide us with business, Not all of the customers understand how they work and control what can be doneWe would be happy to provide a price for the repair if *** *** would like

I requested a service for my A/C unit for a Saturday They said they don't have appttimes every Saturday, but they would let me know if they would have any They called and left message on Thursand said they would I called back and they gave me a window between 8am-12pm On the Friday before the appt., I called back to confirm They did not show up for the appton Saturday and did not call I missed half of a day of work for no reason Also, no one answered the phone when I called to follow up

*** *** ***This is my response to the complaint against CMR Ventures Please add the following statement to my complaint record as the system will not allow me to respond: I am accepting the resolution by the company CMR Ventures; however, I wish to respond to their comments on the complaint They noted that I agreed to remove the complaint........that is incorrect I agree to close the complaint; however, I want it to remain on file Also, the A/C was not tested at the time of the heat repair as claimed in their response If it had been tested it would have been evident at that time that the A/C was not connected I have pictures of how CMR Ventures left the wiring and of how it is wired now as proof Furthermore, I have confirmed with Carrier (the furnace manufacturer) and two Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers (referred by Carrier) that removing the fusible link is a safety concern as it is a safety feature for the heating cycle in case of a flame roll out condition If that occurs, nothing could stop the flames and it could cause a fire Carrier also confirmed for me that the second contractor that came to my home was, in fact, a Carrier Authorized Dealer who had his Master License in HVAC They also confirmed that CMR Ventures (aka CMR Heating and Air Conditioning) IS NOT a Carrier Authorized Dealer CMR Ventures admits to removing the fusible link and states that they did not leave the furnace in an unsafe condition or unable to use; however, the manufacturer stated "while the furnace can still run without the fusible link installed, not replacing the link left the furnace in an unsafe condition Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should the fusible link be removed and not replaced". CMR Ventures offered to replace the fusible link; however, I did not feel comfortable with them working on my furnace and I asked them to supply me with the part instead The gave me the new fusible link and a check for $refund I plan to pay for a Carrier Authorized Dealer to install the fuse as soon as possible. Thank you for your help with this complaint

After having CMR out twice we were scared to try a third time. we find them dishonest and incompetent. if they will not issue a refund we will take matters to a higher source. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response.
