Review: Coastal Pay put in a contract that I told them not to put in, and they are threatening me.

They say I have not choice, and I will be in default. I allowed [redacted], an employee of Coastal Pay, to come to my work a couple of Mondays ago. She told me about Coastal Pay's credit card services. I filled out the paperwork, but I felt uncomfortable as I was doing so. Some of the things she was telling me were different in the contract, so we put post-it notes on several pages. She then asked me to sign a paper stating I had received the equipment. I had not received any equipment, so I again told her I was uncomfortable. I did sign, but then asked her to leave me the contract because I was not sure about using her company. I told her a deal breaker was the 4 year commitment. I am retiring in 2 years. She said Coastal Pay would not do a 2 year contract. I told her I would did not want Coastal's services. She said she could not give back to me because of her company's policy. She asked me to think about it, and call her by noon the next day. I called her a the next day, she said, "You will not believe this, but they said yes to a 2 year contract!" I told her no, I do not want Coastal Pay Services. Later, I received a call from Osa. He lowered the fees, and confirmed the 2 year contract. He also told me [redacted] would come back with new paperwork. I never heard anything. Then last week I received equipment. I called Coastal Pay, [redacted] & [redacted] talked to me. I told them I was surprised to get equipment because I did not have a contract with them. They said I did. [redacted] had sent in the contract I told her not to send in. I was called yesterday by the CEO, [redacted]. He essentially told me it didn't matter that I had said no. He said he has a signed contract, and now I was in default. I told him that was a problem that his employees caused, and he said he did not care. I tried to talk to him again, but it was the same. HELP! I feel sick about this.Desired Settlement: I do not want to do business with them. I should not be in business with them. They have a contract they should not have. I was told [redacted] would come with a different one that I could look at, and then I would have decided if I wanted to do business with them. I said no. I was foolish not to take the contract from [redacted]. She told me her company would not allow it. I did not think she would send it, but she did. Now, I am being threatened by [redacted] the CEO.

These people are horrible. Continue to call even after explaining we are not interested. Finally after the 4th call the guy decided the way to get my attention was to cuss me out!!! Really that did not make me want to do business with them. I dont know how anyone would do business with them.

Absolutely low class company. As the other reviews on here state these people don't take no for an answer nor do they leave you alone after you ask them not to contact you anymore. Why would anyone want to do business with a company like this is beyond me. STOP CALLING ME!!!
