I definitely wish I would have checked the Revdex.com website before writing this scam company a check. I too had a young teenager come to my door claiming she lived downstairs from me and was involved with a program that helped children with a stuttering problem and that helped them gain confidence. She said she was in a competition to win a trip to Hawaii. I ordered a two year subscription for 59.00 dollars. I did this in August of 2016 and have yet to see an issue come to my door. I have made several attempts to contact them with no response. I wish there was a way to stop these people!

Due to the circumstances and because the order was intended as a Christmas gift, we feel that refunding Ms. [redacted] for the total amount paid for her order would be an acceptable option in this matter. A refund in the amount of $44.00 has been processed and will be mailed directly to Ms. [redacted] at the address she provided in her initial complaint. Agency cashed my $50 check and then advised subscription was not available and did not offer to refund my money. I believe the whole deal is a scam.

above mentioned complaint. Our records indicate that we received a mailed notice of cancellation request from Ms. [redacted]. As such, Ms. [redacted]'s order was completely cancelled. Anytime a cancellation request has been received and processed, a letter is mailed to the customer requesting proof of payment so that a refund may be issued for any payment that was received or presented for payment. Ms. [redacted] may disregard the letter she received if her check payment was not presented for payment. Ms. [redacted]'s order has been completely cancelled and will not be reactivated. We will be unable to refund any fees Ms. [redacted] incurred through her financial institution for her decision to place a stop payment on her check. [redacted] the independent contractor Ms. [redacted] states she purchased from on November 14, 2014, terminated his agreement to clear orders through Coastal Subscription Agency on November 12, 2014. Any orders placed with Mr. [redacted] after...

November 12, 2014 on Coastal Subscription Agency sales receipts would be unauthorized and fraudulent. We would suggest Ms. [redacted] report the fraudulent transaction to her local law enforcement agency. Coastal Subscription Agency would certainly be happy to cooperate with the authorities if they should require any information from us so that Mr. [redacted] can be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. As the receipt Ms. [redacted] received does bare our company name, we will be happy to fulfill her order if the items on her receipt are still available through us. I ordered a subscription from Coastal Subscription Agency for an Astronomy magazine from a high school solicitor back in March of 2017. I paid $59. I still HAVE NOT received my magazine. Was I scammed? I emailed them through their website 5 months ago and did not get a response. Anyone have any recommendations of what I can do? I want a refund :(

I was trying to help this high schooler go on a trip and wasted money I didn't have to waste!

I ordered a 2 year subscription to Disney Jr for my Grandson on September 5, 2017 from a Rebecca thru coastal subscription in Pomona ca. For $59: it is mow March 2018 and still NO magazine. I emailed them 2 times requesting a refund and heard nothing. I thought they were a reputable company obviously they are not. How disappointing!

I bought a subcription from a total pain 2 YEARS in a row and both times never recieved ANYTHING. BOTH times I did it whilefeelingbad because it was hot and even gave the pushy kid 2 cold drinks. My reciept is from Coastal Subscription Agency, llc pomona CA box 1238. Of course no reciept number is provided and eveything is chicken scratch. I attempted to contact the company with no repsonse. Total disgrace and all involved should b jailed. even the kid

This has happened to me on 7/17/17 I ordered a mag from a kid names xavier.. Still no mag and I tried looking up my recipt and nothing! At this point id like my money back. But we all know that will never freaking happen... This is why the world is so screwed up! Companies like this one ripping off americans.. Its a shame! And discrace!

We ordered a magazine from a young man named Matt on 1/18/17. As of today, 5/24/17, we have not received our magazine. I have emailed this company 3 times and have not received any response. I seriously believe, this company is scamming and ripping off people. I have attempted to sign on with the order number and get nothing is available for that number. Someone needs to do something about this company. They are teaching young people how to scam and rob people.

I ordered magazines from a girl named Rebecca in July, 2016. I gave her a check for $59 for 12 issues. I found the magazine online from a credible company for $12. It is now 10 months later and I have not received my magazines. I have the order form she filled out. It appears that this company is training young people to engage in fraudulent business activities and they should be in jail.
