I am rejecting this response because: Nothing was ever complex about the issues I hadSince the warehouse sent the wrong brand part, someone should have simply picked up the phone and made sure the right brand part was pulled the next timeI don't expect you to inspect every part you ship out, but when problems arise I do expect a little extra effort to fix thingsAlso it should not have taken a complaint and weeks waiting to get you to provide the return shippingThe wrong parts were not my errorToo many excuses

this is a full days after I cancelled the order
why should I have to pay return shipping??
again I have kept records of phone calls and tracking just for this issue

I can understand where you are coming from on the issue, when you place the order it was automaticlly processed and sent to be processed90% of our orders ship out with in a few hoursONce you requested to cancel the order we stated we would send the request to cancel the orderHowever the order was already being processed for shipment from OTC so it was not able to be stoppedHowever you may return the product and get full refund for the item

I requested the cancellation because the order WAS NOT availible from otc and I was told it would be another days!!!!!!

This was a little more complex isssue, we are moving our warehouse during this timeWe have refunded you for the two Ken Tool items that had not shipped outWe are also waiting for TIF to get the call tag to you for the wrong item that was not correctWe do not check each item that comes in to
make sure its the right partI understand your frustration we will keep working with the vendor to make this right

I sent an email and we had to have it returned and credit back from the vendorThat was done late last week

information needed for the issue to be resolvedIn my original complaint you can find my name, the order number, total(s) for the order, and a detailed description of the problemThey also have a contact phone number and e-mail address which I provided when I placed the orderI am curious as to what billing system would not allow any customer service department to investigate an order with the information I have given
Aside from being incredibly lazy, the above response from the company highlights my reason for filing this complaint: Their disorganization causes them to be unable to address concerns by customers
