I had explained to the representative how I was given an earlier expected delivery date and he showed no concern. I then explained how I was supposed to deliver this product to my customer and that he should next day air it to me, he stated there was nothing he could do. I never said anything about keeping the product and not paying for it. Looks like he has been burned one too many times. And now he cancels my order, good luck running a business like that.

I can understand your concern, however when a customer states I will chargeback on an item we will cancel the order and stop all shipments. I am sorry we were unable to come to an agreement.
You can contact the AG when they ask me what I offered I can tell them we offered you a call tag to bring the item back and send you a full refund. If you will not take this option I don't know what else to do for you. The items...
your asking for are no longer offered by SK Tools who makes the tools. We found this out and told you the same thing, the fact you will not work with us at any level to return for a refund is beyond me. We are talking small amount of money in total that we want to refund you for in full, However we want the items back so we can discard and destroy. You option is very simple return for a full refund we will send you a prepaid label to return this.
You were refunded in full for $36.02, however it was not switch in bait. [redacted] makes this item and our system had it as the direct replacement. Also a UPS label was sent to you to pick the item up. Our system auto change to the [redacted] Line who makes a lot of companies tape products...

I have spoke to customer and explained the error that was made as the 5.0 is not available to us, we did end up sending the customer a item at no cost to resolve the issue a free Jump N Carry.

I am rejecting this response because:I disagree with your response in the attached email "Good morning, I came across this product on your website and I want to purchase 4 of these light but I want to clear up any confusion. On your website you are advertising the HP3R rechargeable focusing penlight for 5.96. I want to confirm this isn't false advertisement or a scam. If you would please confirm this is correct I would like to complete my purchase. Thank you". Your response [redacted] the price is correct, however I am out of stock and about 2-3 weejs iyt. I see no part number involved in this email. I CLEARLY state I'm trying to clear up any confusion about this deal and your answer was "YES THE PRICE IS CORRECT". I don't know how you're trying to turn your answer around. This was a simple and dummy proof question and my description of the item is very clear. Still you are trying to dispute the fact that you told me the price was correct. Again you should honor the price that you confirmed to me was correct via email and let's resolve this issue. I understand people make mistakes but sometimes mistakes can cost you and this time it did.
