We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your solar systemWe understand you are receiving electric billsWe have designed your system to reduce your electrical consumption within your available roof space, maxing out your roof with solar panels, using both sides of your roof The system is producing what it is supposed to, your consumption will vary from month to month In the winter months you can expect your electric bills to be a bit higher, as the days are shorter, getting dark at 4:in the afternoon The summer months months the days are longer, your system will produce energy for you until 8-8:at night During the Spring and Fall your electric consumption is at its lowest, not using air or heat, not running a pool etc At this time you may experience low electric bills.Aside from this, if you increase your electric consumption in any way, the solar will not be able to cover this Again we have covered both sides of your roof with solar panels, they are producing exactly what they should

They keep sending technicians to check the unit but again that is not the problem it's the person from codegreen who lied to us to get us to sighn the contract ..Shoewd us electric bills for to dollars but that is not the case we are not producing enough energy

After reviewing your system in detail, I see the solar system Code Green Solar installed on your home, covers your entire southern roof space, with solar modules, leaving no room for an add on of solar modules This system will produce approximately 12,kWh annually Your electrical consumption at the time of system design was 12,kWh annually We sent out a service technician to your home, on 11/02/17, to assess this system and we discovered it was working correctly, we also conducted a second shade analysis and shading is not an issue I would like to help you to understand the way your solar system works: a solar system is designed to reduce your annual electric bill over a month period, meaning the production of the solar system will fluctuate month to month just as the weather does In the summer the days are longer, staying light until 8:at night, so at this time of the year your system will produce more energy for you In the winter it gets dark at 4:in the afternoon so you will experience higher electric bills at this time of the year, but again, this will even itself out over a month period I would like to urge your to contact your solar finance provider Sunnova, for further assistance, [redacted] Thank you

So u are ignoring that fact that we were lied to . By the time we pay your fee and the extra usage we are not seeing the savings we were promised .. It is NOT TRUE that Code Green Solar has tried to reach me, even few timesI ONLY received ONE text message to try to set up a meeting for this week, and I immediately respond that I was available everyday but Monday, but NEVER contacted me back to set up the meetingIf Code Green Solar wants to contact me you can do it by phone: *** *** *** or *** *** *** or by email at ***I understand that probably the papers are in *** already, but Code Green Solar MUST follow up that aggressively to make it happenThe claim under DACO will remain until the switch is turn on, and then we will review the case under DACO's jurisdiction
