electrical consumption at the time of system design was 12,530 kWh annually.  We sent out a service technician to your home, on 11/02/17, to assess this system and we discovered it was working correctly, we also conducted a second shade analysis and shading is not an issue.  I would like to help you to understand the way your solar system works:  a solar system is designed to reduce your annual electric bill over a 12 month period, meaning the production of the solar system will fluctuate month to month just as the weather does.    In the summer the days are longer, staying light until 8:30 at night, so at this time of the year your system will produce more energy for you.  In the winter it gets dark at 4:30 in the afternoon so you will experience higher electric bills at this time of the year, but again, this will even itself out over a 12 month period.   I would like to urge your to contact your solar finance provider Sunnova, for further assistance, [redacted]   Thank you.

completely utilizing all available roof space.  We do understand your concern over your electric bills and want you to understand, a solar electric system is designed to reduce your electric bill over a 12 month period, meaning: in the winter months, the days are much shorter and your solar system will not produce as much as it will in the summer months, when the days are much longer.   We have reviewed your production reports and your system is working according to our date, but nonetheless we will send a technician for further data.

Review: I purchased a solar system from this company and they made promises from the timing of when it would be installed and up and running to the amount it would save me on my electric bill each month year round and none of it has happened as promised. My system was suppose to be up and running in April 2015 and was not up until August 2015. One of the biggest reasons I went with the system is because it was suppose to save me substantially over the summer and obviously that didn't happen. I have documentation showing what my electric bill would be after the panels were up and running and I haven't got one bill even close to that amount. I am paying double and some bills even triple what I would have paid without the panels.Desired Settlement: I want this problem fixed whether it is a problem with the meters they installed or their panels. I want to pay what they promised me and I want to be reimbursed all the money that I paid over and above what it was suppose to be. I am on the verge of not being able to pay all my bills because of all the money I have put out for the panel payment and electric bills.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that they effort they are seeming to make is satisfactory, however, until this situation has been completely settled, the situation is still ongoing and I am hoping for an expeditious resolution.
