Our Director of Operations, [redacted] office, met with Mr. [redacted] and explained the situation with [redacted] and the next steps in the process.  We also created a change order to Mr. [redacted]'s system so he will have a discounted monthly payment, from $200.37 to $181.01 per month.  Mr. [redacted] has signed the new solar agreement.   [redacted] has approved us to submit this project to [redacted] endorsement.  Immediately after we receive this ** approval, we will submit the installation certification for [redacted] inspection.  [redacted] has 10 days to inspect the interconnection point, then we will receive PTO.    Next week we will have a meeting with [redacted] to discuss Mr. [redacted]'s project.   Mr. [redacted] has also agreed to sign a power of attorney (POA) letting [redacted] speed up the net metering agreement.  We sent a runner to get the paperwork completed. Code Green Solar is watching this project closely and will keep Mr. [redacted] continuously updated with each step.

[redacted], We apologize for the delays in your project, this is not how we run our business.  There were some unforeseen circumstances during your project, that were outside of Code Green's control.  We discussed with you and your wife the payment of $880 to cover the loss of production your system would have covered on your electric bills, both you and your wife agreed to the amount.  This amount covers the electric bills you sent to us, and again was agreed upon.   [redacted], we need to be able to access your property to work on your project, I am sorry if you were not notified, this has been addressed and we have implemented procedures to be sure this will not continue.This project is now completed and the system has received Permission to Operate from the utility company and is operational.  Once again, Code Green Solar is deeply sorry for delays in your project.   Thank you,Code Green Solar

I am rejecting this response because: u still are not understanding what we are saying .. we only sighned up because victor told  us and also showed us that our bill would not be over 50.00 dollars plus your fee.. So u are ignoring that fact that we were lied to . By the time we pay your fee and the extra usage we are not seeing the savings we were promised .. All u keep lecturing us on is summer hours being longer and winter hours being shorter .. Gee thanks for letting us know ..

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your solar system. We understand you are receiving electric bills. We have designed your system to reduce your electrical consumption within your available roof space, maxing out your roof with solar panels, using both sides of your roof.  The system is producing what it is supposed to, your consumption will vary from month to month.  In the winter months you can expect your electric bills to be a bit higher, as the days are shorter, getting dark at 4:30 in the afternoon.  The summer months months the days are longer, your system will produce energy for you until 8-8:30 at night.  During the Spring and Fall your electric consumption is at its lowest, not using air or heat, not running a pool etc.  At this time you may experience low electric bills.Aside from this, if you increase your electric consumption in any way, the solar will not be able to cover this.  Again we have covered both sides of your roof with solar panels, they are producing exactly what they should.

They keep sending technicians to check the unit but again that is not the problem .. it's the person from codegreen who lied to us to get us to sighn the contract ..Shoewd us electric bills for 30 to 40 dollars but that is not the case .. we are not producing enough energy ..

I am rejecting this response because: They are sorry, does not address the complaint. The complaint is they lied, my bill is higher with solar power than with just electric. I need more panels or remove panels or adjust lease payment to $100.  They like [redacted] just do not get it. both are bad companies.  Just get the run-around.  Do something. [redacted]

We are sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with your solar project's progress.  After speaking with [redacted] we sent him a check for $880 to cover his last few electric bills.   Our Customer Care Manager spoke with [redacted] on December 28, 2016, she had concerns about her recent...

electric bill, we explained to her this bill was prior to her solar being turned on and she understood and said other than that everything was fine. As for the trespassing, we have a Solar Service Agreement that [redacted] signed, which allows Code Green Solar access to their property to install and maintain their solar system.  We apologize for any frustration our presence may have caused. We are happy to to speak with Mr. & [redacted] further.

Hello ,   NO,  I have not received a check or have had any calls returned.  I have had several calls from Code Green trying to sign me up for " free " solar panels.  My system still is not working.  The electrical co. has not received any of the finale inspection paperwork needed to turn it on.  Sunnova seed they are working in it.  That was a few weeks ago.  to this date the power co. has not received anything from Sunnove or Code Green.  I told Sunnova to get it turned on or get it out of my yard.  they have a contract and theres no completion date or time restrictions of when it will be completed.  It's been almost a year.  Thank you, [redacted]
