I'm a local Realtor and I have contracted the services of three different roofers in town. I was impressed with Lobo Roofing overall because they were prompt in getting to a property I was in the process of selling. They were able to reassure both parties in my transaction that roof repairs could be made in a timely manner and the the Buyer of the house I was selling would be able to purchase their dream home and not have to delay their closing date. They were professional and understanding. Selling a home can be a very emotional process. I felt like Lobo Roofing was a team member helping all parties win. I will definitely use them in the future and tell all other Realtors and clients to do the same.

We paid $800 for a system,to,correct our water and we were given an antique system that doesnt work. They no longer will answer or come out to fix if,any we were given a warranty.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Their response provides false information and they continue to skirt the issue and stretch the truth through their legal support department. To this day, they have not corrected the false bathroom count from their Coldwell Banker website - I sent them a screen shot when I initially contacted them last year and even this month it shows the wrong information.  I would think this is a simple thing to fix on their end and it proves to me they don't care and do not take this matter seriously.  I have taken the time, and it appears they have not, to determine with confidence that their website is the only internet source that has the incorrect bathroom count and I believe, because of the conversation I had with the Assessor, they used the false Coldwell Banker information to adjust the bathroom count and increase the assessment  The subsequent assessment was over $10K higher than the home appraisal that had the correct bathroom count.It is alarming and disappointing that a company such as this won't take the time to look at this and provide an accurate response without personal insults.  As for the roof, I have evidence the roof was Certainteed organic shingle and it was indeed defective and part of the civil lawsuit.  As for the inspection, Coldwell Banker's response used selective wording from the report and makes it look like the roof situation was clear cut when it was not.  My seasoned Realtor didn't see anything in the report that raised a flag for the roof either.  I had a professional review of the inspection and roof situation and there was an opportunity to pursue the matter legally which I won't go into in this response but I am happy to discuss if necessary. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:What a scam this is. They are not being upfront about sending someone out with a steam cleaner , as they certainly did.  This person who also identified to my wife that they were an adjuster or inspector for the company and they would report back that the stains s could not be removed.  As I stated in the original writing we waited to he a r from the company based on what he stated to my wife. This fact can be confirmed through the dealership.  In addition, I inquired with the dealer and they indicated they never stated the seat stains were DIRT to simonize. How dare they insinuate we have not taken appropriate measures to maintain the vehicle. All service records are up to date and the car is regularly washed and vacuumed. I find the remark offensive and consider it a personal attack. Bottom line this company essentially stole my money when the warrenty was purchased as they have failed to live up to the terms of the same agreement they so site to you. I do not trust this company at all. What a terrible injustice.

Review: Coldwell banker assigned Michele J[redacted] to sell my one bedroom apt in Winston-Salem, NC. The asking price was the same amount that I had purchased it for 4 yrs prior. 6 months later Michele found a buyer that had bad credit, but wanted to do a lease to own. Me being desperate to sell it, I agreed because Michele told me the buyer was putting $5,000.00 down, so I felt comfortable that he was serious. I recieved $1,800.00, and 3,200.00 was put into an escrow account as a "security deposit."Michele contaced me about a month ago and told me she had a lender willing to work with my buyer. After the appraisal I was told my home only appraised for 46,000$, my asking price was 53,000$. Michele asked me if it was ok for me to lower the sales price. Me being trustworthy of her agreed as long as I would not have to pay any money out of my pocket. I asked her 3 times if I was supposed to be saving the extra rent I was recieving, she said no every time. I thought it was bizarr that It clearly stated in my lease that I was supposed to give the buyer a 100$ a month credit, but Michele was adamant that I would not lose a dime.After signing all the documents agreeing to a cheaper sales price, I receive a settlement agreement via email stating I owe 5,800$!- When I called Michele to ask me how this happened, she laughed at me and told me "thats how the numbers came out," She would never explain to me how thius happened.She promised me over and over that she had worked everything out and I wouldn't lose a dime. I was never interested in making money of the buyer, I just wanted it gone. I have never been so taken advantage of in my life. She got me to sign the cheaper sales price by lying to me and then when the buyer couldnt pay the commision she came after me. I should have never agreed to it. My ignorance about realestate and my trust in my realtor screwed me over totally. Now I am forced to pay someone to buy my home. Michele is a con artist.Desired Settlement: I should not have to pay any money to Michele or Coldwell Banker. Michele is a crook and took advantage of the fact that I dont know anything about realestate .
