On October 26, 2015, I contacted an employee by the name of [redacted] at Colormania Paint LLC He emailed me a quote and assurance the paint repair would be completed within 1-weeks with a years guarantee on the work I made a payment of $423USD to Colormania LLC thru [redacted] on October 29, to repair a chip on my Harley FXCWC Rocker Tank and sent the piece out to them almost a week later On December 21, 2015, I called Colormania LLC by phone but only a voice recording answered I emailed [redacted] for an update but no reply and again on January, 8, 12, 16, 17, Finally, I sent a request thru their company website and [redacted] , the owner, replied and told me he has my tank and not to worry I replied with questions on January 18, 19, 20, and no reponse On January 21, 2016, [redacted] replied with an attached letter written from his company that blamed [redacted] for the delay because they were not being paid I requested an update on January 25, February 25, Mar

8/21/2015, we entered into a contract (work order [redacted] ) with Colormania to provide and paint a Harley-Davidson Dyna Low Rider gas tank It was to match our original tank which we sent to Colormania for color and design matches The estimated completion date for services was 3-weeks from when they received our tank A few months passed and we had not heard anything from the company nor had we received our new tank so we attempted to contact them For seven months we sent numerous emails to the business, made frequent phone calls and left repeated voice mails and still we received no response or communication from Colormania March 14, we sent a certified letter requesting the status of our gas tank We did finally receive an email (March 22) along with a "statement of facts" promising that our tank would be finished within the next week However, if we chose not to wait, we could request our tank back along with a full refund As requested and per their "statement

Sent my motorcycle tank to Colormania to be painted on 5/According to UPS package received on 5/and signed forI received a email that tank would be finished and ready to ship back to me on 5/along with a story of a credit card charge back hack and because of the hack they gave me different options for paymentI chose to use *** to *** to payI sent the funds on 5/Funds were picked up later that dayI sent an email on 5/to see if the tank was shipped and when I would be receiving itI didn't receive an email back with any information On 5/called the number for Colormania (619) 735-several times and left a message to call me back with informationI also called another number from the emails I received from *** a Custom Paint Specialist at Colormania (949) 226-and the number is not in serviceI have not received the tank or any explanation

On july 7th I ordered a painted fender from colormania for a total of and was charged imeaditallyAs of today 3-11-i have not recieved my order or any info regarding said orderAll communication with colormania has seized , no replies to email, voice mails, direct line, social media, etc

Talked and did paperwork to have Colormania fix tank ($given to them in good faith to fix tank 9/21/15) Sent gas tank to Colormania for dent repair and paint, delivered to them on 11/06/ Called and left messages, left messages on their website many times, no response Finally called and said that my lawyer told me to file suit 3/1/16, then they emailed me and said tank would be done that week and they would send pictures at the end of 1st week of March Nothing Called and emailed many times, nothing They have my gas tank (approx$to replace) and my $Still no response
