Review: I have given my motorcycle paintjob project to Colormania and made my full payment to Colomania Paint as per the work order created with them (Wed, 15 Jul 2015, they email confirm me payment received), They promise (via email Fri, 31 Jul 2015) my project will be completed on scheduled; follow up email on Mon, 17 Aug 2015, they said my parts will be ready in less than 3 wks. I email them to follow up the project status again on Tue, 8 Sep 2015 and No response; another email follow up on 9/14/15 and finally they responded by saying they will continue to work on my project but given no specific date target for completion or delivery. I email them asking for either they fully refund payment back to me if they cannot deliver the project on schedule as agreed OR they provide me status update of my project (with pictures as proof) and let me know what is revised target date for delivery. Again, they do not reply since September 14th and no one is answering the phone calls made to their office during their business hours.Desired Settlement: IF they have difficulties to finish the project and deliver it, simply tell me now and refund the full payment amount + all bank charges to me. This company is NOT delivering the promise they made to me as their customer.
Ordered, and paid for rear fender. Was told 3 weeks. Have contacted [redacted] at colormania several times and was told many different ship dates. The place is very, very shady. Would not buy another thing, or recommend them to anyone. Very untruthful, and unprofessional.
Review: I have paid half on a paint work on my saddlebags that cost 600.00 and paid 600.00 down on a paint job.have ship them to Colormania 3 monshs ago and call for progress and e mailed and no reply.there is not a phone were you can talk to anyone and they will not return calls.Desired Settlement: would like to get my bags back painted if not like to get my bags back and refund of 600.00
Review: I contracted with this company in mid August 2015 to custom paint my 2003 Harley Davidson 100th anniversary Road King Classic . Because my bike was hit by a motorist from behind, I also purchased from Colormania an anniversary fender as well as a service that required the INSIDE of my fuel tank to be stripped and re-lined. All the revisions were in place PRIOR to them receiving my parts to be painted. All (3) revisions ( 1st: to custom paint with detailed instruction. 2nd: purchase/add an anniversary fender. 3rd to have fuel tank's inside finish stripped and then reclined.
ALL THESE REVISIONS ARE WELL DOCUMENTED AND IN MY POSSESSION.
Special instructions: to custom paint all parts ; front fender, fuel tank, (2) side panels, and the rear fender purchased from them. They were to preserve the 100th anniversary stripe around the fuel tank which is no longer available, but which required me to send photos prior to them agreeing to preserve it in their art. ( the picture sent shows it to be pristine!) and the design was to be the 100th anniversary colors originally vivid black and sterling silver but painted in their "marbled" scheme.
To summarize:
contracted with Colormania August 19th, 2015.
Fed ex'd (1) anniversary front fender, (1) anniversary fuel tank, (2) side panels. OVER WRAPPED as directed to protect parts. Fed ex says they were delivered on 24 August 2015.
They were to strip the fuel tank and re-line
Purchased a rear fender from them to complete the set.
I payed for the entire custom paint job, the fender and the fuel tank service as well as the returned shipping in advance and have all the financial documentation supporting all claims.
I was told it would be 4-5 weeks, which I allotted an extra two weeks for servicing the fuel tank.
It's now at 11 1/2 weeks! No parts, (4) unanswered emails, 8-12 unanswered voicemails and I'm out serious $$ which was also part of an insurance claim. Can't get no one there!Desired Settlement: I would settle for them to honor their contract for services agreed upon and a refund for my cost to ship and insure the parts and their PROMPT ARRIVAL!!!!
Also would be nice to have a signed apology but apparently after much more research, this appears to be their normal operating procedure. I appreciate any influence you may have to get this company to simply to the right thing, to honor their contract in which they've been paid in full for almost 12 weeks. Thank you!
Review: Received the wrong parts back from colormania. In lieu of sending the parts back, I was able to make them fit, but not without incurring charges/fees. When I contacted [redacted] from colormania we agreed that he would send me a refund of $300 and a care pack (valued at about $100). I've received a $200 refund so far. I've been trying to get the other $100 and care package with no luck. I've sent numerous e-mails (to [redacted]) and made many phone calls with no response. This ordeal has been going on for months.Desired Settlement: To be compensated the additional $100, and sent the promised care package (with the touch up paint and polishing supplys) as promised.
Review: On july 7th 2015 I ordered a painted fender from colormania for a total of 650.00 and was charged imeaditally. As of today 3-11-16 I have not recieved my order or any info regarding said order. All communication with colormania has seized , no replies to email, voice mails, direct line, social media, etc.Desired Settlement: To be contacted directly so we can set up proper refund arrangements
Review: Purchase motorcycle paint from Colormania in JUNE 2015. Took paint to professional motorcycle painter and results did not match the color warranty by Colormania. Tried working with the Colormania to get the color correct. Send samples and company admitted that the color was different. They requested I send one of my motorcycle part to them. I send a right cover from my 2012 Harley Davidson. I have contacted the company now for 2 weeks via email and voice mail. No reply to my voice mails and/or emails.Desired Settlement: They provide an the product - blue paint that matches my motorcycle and they return my part in the same conditions I send it to them.
Very Respectfully,
David Fernandez

Dear [redacted]:
I am writing this letter regarding a product (custom painted gas tank for my [redacted] Motorcycle) | ordered from Colormania and paid for using my credit card that I have from my [redacted]. My account with Colormania is [redacted]. I made this order on 23 July 2015 and was assured that the estimated completion date would be 2-3 weeks from payment.
| paid $747.00 for this product.
I have repeatedly contacted Colormania to request the status of my order and every time I have been told a different story. I have even been told that the tank was shipped only to wait 7-10 days for nothing to arrive. That scenario has happened at least twice. Other stories are related to their internal problems, etc. I have always been assured that the tank is coming, but so far I have received nothing. Now my calls are not being returned. The lack of my calls being responded to is why I am writing to you directly. We also spoke on the phone today, 10/6/15, and I have secured a copy of my original work order (purchase order). The work order is two pages and you will see it as two separate files, page 1 of 2 and 2 of 2.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving my complaint. I would like for Colormania to make good on the original order and deliver the gas tank or refund my total cost as soon as possible.
I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the resolution.
Please contact me at the above address if you have any questions or need additional information. I can also be reached at my cell [redacted] or by email at [redacted].
Thank you for your time and effort on my behalf.
Sincerely,
[redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like for Colormania to make good on the original order and deliver the gas tank or refund my total cost as soon as possible.

Review: On 10/26/15 I submitten a repair estimate to Colormania via their website. I was contacted by them within a day by email and phone call to discuss estimate. I received other phone calls from sales representative resulting in an agreement to a repair contract. I paid for the repair on the phone with a credit card on 10/29. Shipped part to them 10/30. It was signed for by them on 11/02. I called on 11/6 to check if part arrived...nobody picked up the phone nor was message responded to. In the following weeks many calls were made, messages and emails sent as alarms were going off that something fishy was going on...none of the calls, messages or emails responded to at all! Not one! On 12/11 I drove 350 mi. to San Diego to find the address is only at a Postal Annex for them to pick up packages. Wrote a hand written message and left it in Post Box. Called one last time while in San Diego and, as I expected, voicemail came one. I left a message saying I would come back and pick up my property if someone would call and once again, no call to me was made.
No address exists such that a person can actually talk to someone in person to retrieve their property.
Note that the contract stated 3-4 weeks for repair. The repair requested was to fix a 2" crack on a saddlebag and paint to match. Not an extensive or complicated repair.Desired Settlement: I prefer delivery of order as contracted. If Colormania is backlogged to the extent that it cannot be repaired and shipped immediately then send it back to me and refund my money.

Greetings,
Review: ColorMania is a motorcycle parts paint service that specializes in Harley Davidson paint and paint repair. They have a fancy internet store. I sent in a gas tank to be painted and pre paid with credit card. I followed all instructions. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MOTORCYCLE PART AND YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN, They never answer their phone 1-949-[redacted] (go ahead call it right now!) After almost 2 months of leaving messages through E-mail and phone a guy named [redacted] emailed me said he would try to figure out by tomarrow where my job was it. And of course he never emailed back. My credit card returned my $500.00 but I still havent got my $400.00 gas tank back. THESE GUYS ARE ABSOULUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. DO BUSINESS ANYWHERE BUT HERE. You have been warned.Desired Settlement: Send my unpainted gas tank back.
Review: Sent gas tank and front and rear fenders to be painted . Back in April. Have had 3 dates as to completion .still not done . And keep getting no satisfaction as to when this would be done. If they are not going to paint my tins they need to send my fenders and gas tank back. With my 500.00 deposit.Desired Settlement: Would like job finished per contract . And shipped within two weeks.
Review: Order for a motorcycle fender with custom paint made August 13, 2013, the original timeline was 2 weeks plus delivery. Many emails to the company go unanswered for weeks. When replies are received they are only to explain a delay in the product. The last response from the company was January 12, 2014, the product was to be shipped that week.
I have emailed company many times since to verify the product was shipped with no response.Desired Settlement: I am looking for the delivery of the product as ordered or full refund.

Review: I purchased a custom painted motorcycle tank and fender from seller and in turn was to return my old tank and fender for a $ 500 refund. I did this and sent my old products UPS signature required to seller. After 6 weeks without refund, I contacted seller. He assured me my refund was on its way. I continued to wait for refund. After multiple attempts to contact seller, I received a fed ex envelope with a refund check from seller. I have attempted TWICE to deposit money and both times it has been returned for insufficient funds.Desired Settlement: $511 for refund and bank fees for insufficient funds.
Review: I sent them a gas tank to be repaired by them as per our agreement and with a work order they provided to me after I paid them by credit card for a total of $798.00. The work was supposed to take three to four weeks. They recieved my tank via UPS on 10/22/2015. I have left numerous messages by phone and on their website with no response.Desired Settlement: I want the work to be complete as agreed by both parties and my tank returned
Review: I ordered a paint set for a 2006 Harley Davidson Night Train for $2000. After receiving the parts I discovered they sent me a rear fender which was too small for my motorcycle. They sent a rear fender for a 2006 Harley Davidson Softail.Desired Settlement: A correct rear fender painted with the correct paint scheme.
Review: Colormania has failed to return tank and fenders after product was sent back for warranty work over six months ago. Multiple attempts were made to resolve the issues through email (#80) but were ignored or response by [redacted] was unfulfilled with no contract, missed deadlines, and no product. The company will occasionally respond with an excuse or projected deadline for completion but then fails to meet their stated completion date with more excuses.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the desired product that was discussed by myself and [redacted] via phone as soon as possible. I would further like to have a written contract with pictures of the product prior to shipping.
Review: Been charged for product on credit card back on July 15 that I have not received I have made several attempts to contact them with no response backDesired Settlement: Full refund
Review: Ordered a gas tank for my Harley. Was a total pain to get a hold of. Was told 2 weeks tops. I'm currently at 4 weeks and haven't been able to contact anyone at the company for the past week even after repeated messages left on there answering machine. Horrible company and customer service.Desired Settlement: I already contacted my bank and filed a dispute. I just want my $703.00 back and hope this company doesn't to it again. But the more I look into this company I see it is their trend to be both a bad company and horrible at customer service. So id love to see this place shut down but I know that will never happen...
Review: I have sent them the gas tank, and front and back fenders of my motorcycle to be custom painted in January of 2014. They stated it would take 6-8 weeks. We have left them several phone messages and emails and they state it will be shipped but it is now June 17,2014 and we have not heard from them, no phone calls even though we leaves messages pleading for them to call, very few emails from them and the last one was telling us to" shutup and stop running your mouth like a kid." I have not received my motorcycle parts and they have been paid in full.Desired Settlement: We would like our painted parts shipped and reimbursed half of the price for not delivering product when stated and not shipping parts out when they told us they were and not explaining to us what was happening with our bike.
Review: I placed an order for custom painting (2) motorcycle fenders and (1) motorcycle gas tank on 6/9/2015. The written estimate for delivery was 3 to 4 weeks. As of now we are at (18) weeks time expired since the order date. At the start of the process I had a difficult time in the communication with Colormania, Currently I am not getting any reply to any my phone calls or emails. I deposited 50%, ($1,372) with the order.Desired Settlement: 1) I would like to receive a call and or an email with an update on the project,
2) also a solid promise date that does not get changed.
3) If the promise date is out a few weeks, I would like to get a weekly update on the progress with pictures as promised on the initial order call.
