Colormania

Review: Colormania and I contracted for a repair to a motorcycle gas tank. I paid the estimated amount of $650 and shipped the gas tank to them. They received my tank on October 5, 2015 and promised a 3-4 week return delivery. It's now been 8 weeks and Colormania will not respond to calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I want my tank and money including my shipping expense to be returned.

Review: I shipped my damaged motorcycle front fender from my 2011 Harley Davidson Road Glide Ultra on 10/19/2015 to have the business paint a new fender with custom paint to match the original color and design. I also paid $750.00 up front which was requested by the business. The estimated completion date was 3-4 weeks from when the fender was received which was 10/23/2015. I have attempted to contact the business several times by phone and by email and have not received any response. There is also a completion time guarantee in the business information on the internet which states if the order is not completed on time the order is 100% Free.Desired Settlement: I would like the new fender painted as requested and both fenders returned. I would also like the business to honor the guarantee of 100% Free if the order is not completed on time.

Review: I sent this company $1000 in June for a custom paint job for my motorcycle. I did a wire transfer as they requested, was told 3 weeks. At this point they are not responding to my emails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would gladly take the 2 fenders and tank the way they are now or I would like my money back.

Review: I had ordered Fender from Colormania with the work order number [redacted].

The WO was provided on 13th Nov 2015 with a delivery commitment of 3-4 weeks from receipt of Fender.

The Fender was a stock item from [redacted]. I am not able to track whether Color mania has ordered the Fender or not.

I am not able to get any response from Colormania either by E-Mail or by Telephone even after several reminders.

Review: On September 8, 2015, I paid Colormania Paint $600 to paint and provide me a gas tank for a 2009 Harley Davidson Fat Bob against Colormania workorder D372. The workorder stated that the estimated ship date after receipt of payment was 3-4 weeks. This would make expected ship date from 9/29/15 - 10/7/15. On October 3rd I hadn't received notification that the product had shipped so I sent an e-mail to Danny Warren with customer service simply requesting an update. Danny was also the point of contact who took my order. During the negotiation and purchasing phase, he was very responsive and easy to contact. Since my 10/3 first request, I've requested status by e-mail 4 more times and several phone calls and voicemails. I've yet to receive a response.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the order that I paid for. In the meantime it would be nice to get a simple update on where in the process it is.
