I simultaneously filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and I received a plethora of mail sent from Zales and Comenity BankAcross all the platforms, it was made clear, that my deferred interest expiration would change to reflect the new purchase dateEither I was lied to
or somehow this fell through the cracks, but when I called the Credit Department, they have absolutely no idea what I am talking aboutAs of right now I have two deferred interest expiration dates just for one purchaseAdditionally, let it be on the record that rather than admit a mistake, I received mail correspondence from your company that basically acknowledging all of the pending remedies but made innuendos that it was only being done in the interest of customer service and somehow I am at faultI can't believe this company refuses to take any responsibilityAt this point, you are not winning me back as a customer, I just want my deferred interest expiration fixed and I will move on to another jeweler for my future needsI have spoken with my lawyer and its very evident that Zales is violation of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act and I will be filing a complaint with the State

Dear Ms*** Thank you for contacting the Revdex.com, regarding the above-referenced account. Comenity Capital Bank issues Haband credit card accounts, and we are here to help with account-related questions. Your complaint was forwarded to my attention, from the
corporate office of Haband, and I appreciate the opportunity to assist you You state in your complaint that you are being charged for something that you did not sign up for, and were not even aware of, until you received a call from the Bank informing you that the account was delinquent. You further state that you did not receive any statements, and when you requested the charges be removed, you were told that they could not be. We sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this matter may have caused you. We have enclosed copies of your monthly billing statements, for your review. Please understand that Comenity Capital Bank and Haband are two separate entities. Comenity Capital Bank is responsible for addressing questions related to Haband credit card accounts, while Haband is responsible for handling matters related to sales, merchandise processing, returns, shipping, and merchandise quality. We have reviewed our records, and we are happy to share our findings. Our records indicate that the Haband account was opened on April 19, 2015, and on that same date a purchase of $was ordered online. Haband records indicate that when you placed the order of $23.99, you enrolled in the Haband VIP Plus program. Haband VIP Plus is an optional service that is offered through Haband. This program offers a special introductory price of $for the first days, and if the customer does not call to cancel the membership within the first days, the membership fee of $is automatically billed to the Haband account each month. Cancellation may be made at any time, with no further obligation The Haband VIP Plus membership was cancelled on September 1, 2015, and credits totaling $were issued by Haband to remove three monthly membership charges, and the introductory charge that was applied to the account. The Bank has issued additional credits totaling $to remove the previously assessed late fees and finance charges. All credits have posted, and resulted in a credit balance of $on your account. Because your account has a credit balance, a refund check of $is being sent to you. Please allow business days to receive the refund check, by separate mailing. Please be assured, notification has been sent to the national credit-reporting agencies with instructions to remove the negative payment information, regarding the Haband account, from your credit bureau report. Please allow the credit-reporting agencies days to update this information in their records The account was closed, per your request, on September 2, 2015. We hope you find this information helpful. If you have any further questions, please contact me at ###-###-####, ext*** (TDD/TTY ###-###-####). I will be happy to assist you.Sincerely,Laura Rhoades

Dear Ms***: Thank you for contacting the Revdex.com, regarding the above-referenced account. Comenity Capital Bank issues Haband credit card accounts, and we are here to help with account-related questions. Your complaint was forwarded to my attention, and I
appreciate the opportunity to assist you You state in your complaint that although you paid for your merchandise by check, you were called multiple times a day regarding the account. You further state that you were told to send the money after you received the merchandise, and that the merchandise took over three weeks to get to you. Even though you made a payment over the telephone and you were told that the payment would take care of the balance, you received additional phone calls, and a new statement. You are requesting for the late charges to be removed, the phone calls stopped, and no more statements to be sent. We sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this matter may have caused you. Your opinion of our service is important to us, and we appreciate the time you spent in notifying us of your concerns We have reviewed your account, and we are happy to share our findings. Please find enclosed copies of your monthly billing statements for your review. When the Bank’s records show an account as delinquent, the Bank will make attempts to contact you regarding the status of the account. Many times a payment is overlooked by the customer, and a reminder call is helpful to bring the account back to a current status. Due to potential negative ramifications for our customers if an account remains delinquent, Comenity Capital Bank may call you until our attempt to communicate is successful Based upon your inquiry, the Bank reviewed the applicable phone conversations. When you spoke with a representative of the Bank on December 31, 2015, you made a payment over the phone for $38.94; however, as the checking account number provided to the representative was incomplete, the payment was returned from your bank, as “No bank account or Unable to Locate.” Because the payment was returned, a balance remained on the account In the interest of customer service, we have issued credits totaling $to remove the late fees and finance charges, which were previously assessed. However, when these credits were applied to your account, they inadvertently posted two times. A billing statement was issued reflecting a credit balance of $on February 15, 2016. To correct this mistake, we have debited $in late fees and finance charges to your account. We have also issued a separate adjustment of $15.47. All adjustments have posted to your account. Please be assured, the account balance as of today’s date is zero We hope you find this information helpful. If you have any further questions, please contact me at (800) 675-5685, ext*** (TDD/TTY (888) 819-1918). I will be happy to assist you Sincerely, Laura R*** Consumer Relations Specialist CC: Revdex.com
