I have had COMFORT PRO's come to my two homes now three times all three times they were very professional very efficient took pictures and explained everything I have never had that before! Thank you so much

My A/C (heat pump) went out on a Thursday evening and Anthony from Comfort Pro was at my residence early Friday afternoon, He quickly diagnosed the issue and showed me what the problem was. He explained to me the cost of the repairs, but I didn't feel like putting that much money into such an old system. He then provided me with a couple of options to replace the system and within about an hour, he and the staff had me set up to have the new system installed Saturday morning. The installation crew was wonderful!! The installation looks awesome and the new system works excellent. I really appreciated all the professional assistance from everyone from Comfort Pro and I have already recommended them to my neighbor!!

They wanted to charge me for 15lbs of Freon $1500 I had another company out and needed less than 2 lbs of Freon.

I can't say enough good things about Comfort Pro. They installed a brand new air conditioning system in my home. Every one of the employees that have been out to my home have been awesome, professional, and knowledgeable. Ricky was out here this evening, it didn't take him long to do the inspection and he was very thorough. He answered my questions and was pleasant and polite! All in a!l, I will use this company again, for all my needs like replacing the roof, or getting a new suite of appliances, my go to company!!!! Thanks

Rickey was great! He was able to identify the problem and fix it at a more cost efficient route than we originally thought. Also, he gave us great advice on how to maintain or AC system for the future. All of the office staff were also really helpful at coordinating our service calls.

Jeff and his helpers installed a new unit for us. They did a great job. The new unit was larger than the old one and the area in our attic was extremely SMALL. But they worked until they figured out how it would fit. Great job Jeff and team, I appreciate your work! Also, they came for the install the very same day I confirmed that I wanted the unit, no waiting!

Anthony came out on a service call through American Home Shield when our house suddenly smelled like electrical fire and we had to turn off heat on coldest day of year. Anthony was very customer focused and friendly. He informed us of what would be covered and not covered, mostly the freon that is now taboo and they only cover $10 per now. Anyway, we got estimates for that and then some options for a new unit(s). We decided on new unit and he made sure and followed up with us until the other team was on their way. Good experience.

Rickey B was very professional and found the issue quickly. He took the time to explain why it happened and how we can prevent it from happening in the future.

I called to schedule my 1st 6 month maintenance check up. They worked around my hectic work schedule & accommodated me in less than 24 hrs. Embarrassingly, I had NO IDEA how to turn on my heat & the temps got to 58 degrees in my home, so I was very thankful for their prompt scheduled arrival. They were very professional, efficient & answered all of my questions & concerns & I now know how to use my thermostat & WiFi phone app! All is warm & toasty in my home as the temps are expected to drop even lower this evening. Really appreciated their prompt & efficient service!

David H. is the only technician I want working on my units after he performed a service call several years ago when he was with another company, I've had good and terrible service people doing the routine annual "inspection/tune up" including people who were installing cable modems for Brighthouse a week before. Mr. H. came out and did a fantastic job with the other company he worked for. I saved his telephone number and called him and he is now with Comfort Pro so I scheduled annual service with them and requested that he, and only he, do the work. He came out yesterday and serviced all 3 units, did his usual fantastic and thorough job and I couldn't be happier. He told me that he really likes the culture and business operations at Comfort Pro and that they appreciate his approach in doing a complete and honest job on whatever he is working on, regular maintenance or repairs. So now I am a Comfort Pro customer and couldn't be happier to have found a reliable and honest service establishment for my AC needs.

Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and professional. First, when he arrived I described my problem, and he said he thought he knew exactly what the problem was. Sure enough, within 15 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and corrected it! My heat pump has worked fine ever since. Second he was very personable. He made the entire process easy and pleasurable.

Tim, the technician, was awesome! I give him five stars. The office staff was not very helpful, however. I believe my ac was out much longer than it needed to be. Sometimes when I called the office they answered "yeah?" which is very off-putting. I kept thinking I had the wrong number because they didn't answer the phone like a business! I'll use them again because I really liked Tim, but they need to step it up in the office!
