Excellent service, efficient, thorough, and detailed. A good attitude presented.

I'm a new owner of a unit with an outdated HVAC system. Anthony came out and evaluated my system and made recommendations. There wasn't any pressure to make big changes and he provided me with an estimate for reference on installing a new system. When he left everything was in good order and I was satisfied with the service call.

This company is very unorganized and lacks professionalism. My AC unit stopped getting cold back at the end of May. After two weeks of trying to coordinate with them and no-show appointments, they came out and added Freon. At the end of June the same issue came up again. After two weeks of trying to coordinate and no-show appointments again, they came out to replace a capacitor. Another month goes by and the issues comes up again. On weekends all of their calls go to a call center. The lady that answers for them records all of your information, the issues going on, and confirms a good contact number. I call on Monday during their office hours, to follow up, and no one has any knowledge of me calling. This happened each of the three times I had issues with my AC unit. I spoke with Rita and she apologized again and said she would have a technician come out the following day, on Tuesday. Needless to say, no technician arrived and I received no phone calls stating why. I call back to get an explanation and again no one has any knowledge of anything. I am a business owner myself and this is probably the worst run business I've ever encountered personally. I will never use them nor recommend them to anyone ever.

I recently purchased a home with a 13+-year-old HVAC system that wasn't cooling sufficiently on hot, humid days. American Home Shield assigned the task to Comfort Pro. I had a good experience coordinating scheduling with Rita in the front office and Anthony came to my house after calling 30 minutes prior to notify us of his arrival time. After testing, Anthony diagnosed the problem of a faulty metering system that caused the system coolant to be pumped in without metering. With the cost of the replacement of coolant and the probability of near-term repairs to, or at worst, failure of, the old HVAC system, we decided replacement of the system at our cost would be the most logical strategy.

The individuals that we dealt with for this activity at Comfort Pro, Rita, â??and Anthony, were both very professional and provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend them!

Comfort Pro was very prompt in responding to our service request through our home warranty. Less than 12 hours after I placed the need, the office called to say the technician would be out that afternoon. Anthony B. called me as he was heading to the house, and continued to keep me updated throughout the entire repair. He was courteous and professional, and after explaining how my old unit was getting pretty bad in several key areas, he offered to give us an estimate for a new system to consider. In the meantime, he got the old unit running for our comfort, and then gave us a no pressure estimate to consider in the coming days. I couldn't be more pleased with their company from beginning to end. Excellent customer service!

Comfort Pro Inc. has been nothing short of spectacular in terms of their customer service. I had multiple issues with my A/C and they resolved them all. Their technicians are fully transparent and reliable as with the rest of their staff. Thank you you to Steven, Hoit, Tim, Devin, Melissa, and Rita for all of your help. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs A/C repair or replacement.

Comfort Pro were assigned to me by American Home Shield warranty company. Due to a couple of communication issues between myself, AHS, and Comfor Pro the AC was out for over two weeks with my tenant getting increasingly angry that he had no AC in Tampa in the summer. Despite AHS sending the wrong part and then not communicating between the three of us, Comfort Pro went straight over to the house and installed a temporary floor cooling unit so that the renter wouldn't be without AC. They did this at their own expense. I will say that there were a couple of communication breakdowns with Comfort Pro, but they solved those issues and we came to a very fair outcome. They fixed the AC and all is well. To me, there are always potentially going to be issues with repairs, especially when dealing with AHS or any warranty company. It is how a company deals with these issues that is the key, and Comfort Pro dealt with them fairly and with great professionalism. I would highly recommend them and would use them in the future.

Steven from Comfort Pro was a true professional. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that I understood what was wrong and how they planned to fix my Central air issues. Steven even went above and beyond by checking a part of my system another shady company had supposedly fixed. Thanks to Steven it will now be fixed properly! 5 stars!

Great experience with the techs.. they were accommodating to my schedule and honest with their assessment.

This company stated they will call 30 minutes prior to arriving at my rental property. That didnt happen. They diagnosed my unit and found items that is not covered by American home shield. Their diagnosis was nothing close to what two different companies stated. After comfort pro left my property, I called two different companies for a quote. One company Ken Barrett AC completed the repair and it was a blown transformer. An item that is covered by the home warranty company. Comfort pro wanted to bill me to diagnose my unit longer or purchase a new unit. This company is a RIP off. Stay away . I would have rated no stars but it wouldn't allow me to post without a star rating.

Unfortunately almost every bit of this review is not true. The only statement that is in fact true is that our dispatch did not properly call ahead for which the technician apologized. We must also clarify that he did not inform us that he was not at the home nor that it was a rental property when contacted. In fact all he told us was that he "would be there".

We were dispatched by his warranty company, he did not contact or hire us in any way. On these calls we are contracted to diagnose the cause of failure for the warranty company, which in this case was a power surge, and report back to the warranty company for authorization to proceed with the work. There is a scorch mark on the high voltage wire and no power to the unit which we documented and sent a picture of to the homeowner. We told him that we do not have authorization to proceed until his warranty company makes a determination on his coverages at which point we left his property. His warranty company did not authorize any work to be done regardless of his false claim that the item was covered.

At no point in time did we ask him for any money, provide him an estimate or try to sell him anything. We did not try to bill him for any service, diagnostic or equipment. That is a complete fabrication by him. He is simply unhappy because his warranty company didn't cover his claim.

Comfort Pro was a pleasure to do business with...professional and on time! Jeff, who serviced our unit, was polite and very knowledgeable. Cory called in the morning with our time frame and then again with ETA. They both worked efficiently repairing our A/C Unit!!!

Great job! They provided maintenance and replaced the U/V light in the AC unit. The tech was thorough and took pictures of the condition. He explained the condition of the parts and what to expect going forward. He left everything clean. I will be using them for my service in the future!
