I own HP Printers and they sell them at great prices, as a Marketing Technique....Then they RIP You Off with the cost of their Ink. I just love how cheap and easy it is for me to get printer ink off this site. It does take long to get your order and it is cheaper in the store. They always send deal to your inbox to save even more money on the already cheap price. I dont have a promble with my printer even tho I dont buy Hp brand name ink. Its a very good deal. I replaced the original HP cartridges with CompandSave cartridges and the Black ink was not printing correctly. I contacted CompandSave and was told by a gentleman by the name of Neil that I should run a clean print head, which I did and there was no change. At that time [redacted] informed me that he would send out a return label for me to return the defective cartridges and CompandSave would issue a refund. I sent back said cartridges and installed genuine HP cartridges and Black ink was still not printing correct. I then contacted CompandSave and was instructed by a gentleman named [redacted] to run clean print head again which I did and no change. I then decided to do a manual clean, by removing print head as directed and clean. At that time I noticed that the CompandSave cartridge that I installed leaked black ink throughout the print head. I cleaned print head as best as I could and replaced back in printer and still the same. I then informed [redacted] about the situation and he told me that CompandSave cannot be held liable for my print head damage because I could have damaged it removing and re-installing. I then informed him that it was a simple process to remove and install print head and that it was not rocket science.

Unfortunately we won't provide more reimbursement in this matter as we don't know how our products was installed or troubleshooted. It may have been a coincidental. You may try to resolve the printhead issue by cleaning it using methods you can search online yourself.
It's possible that the printhead damage occured due to ink leaking out while being installed/reinstalled/uninstalled, that is not purely the result of our product issue but the potential handling of any inkjet cartridges whether from us or from another manufacturer in inkjet printers may result in possible spillage of ink.

It was a simple exchange of old cartridge to new cartridge. It could have been done by a five year it was so simple. I myself have replaced numerous print cartridges with no problem until I received inferior product from Compandsave. It saddens me that a company can and will continue to produce and distribute inferior products and not stand by their mistakes. I understand that most of the time their products should and might work fine but as in any production company there will be a defective part come down the line once in a while, That being said I would assume when that isolated incident happens that said company would rectify the situation to save face.

I have purchased ink cartridge from Comp and Save many times and never had an issue so far. One time I did not receive my shipment and they sent me the replacement right away. Very good customer care

This company is very professional, the quality of their cartridges I have found to be the equivalent to the actual manufacturers. Their delivery is prompt and the customer service is beyond expectation. I have been buying from them for 5 years now and look forward to many more years.

I have been ordering ink for my Epson printer for a couple years since 2013. Ink quality has been good and lasts just as long as the Brand name ones. I only had one cartridge that was defective and it was promptly replaced.

Excellent site! I always get a great deal and shipping is fast.

The CompAndSave ink quality is comparable to the name brand products, but their pricing is at least 50% less. The customer service representatives are professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of their inventory.
