I've used Comp and Save for years without any problems. In fact, my old printer died and I had left over unused ink and they were easy to work with in sending in back and crediting my account.

My first and only ink purchase site. They make it very easy to find what you're looking for. If I seemed to take a while searching, the chat online window opened up and made the process easier. They also give you discounts and savings towards the next purchase. A1 in my book

I have never had any issues with a single cartridge I have purchased and the ink ships quickly, usually in 24 hours. I also love that comp and save always has coupons available. Comp and Save toner cartridges are much less expensive than original brand cartridges, and yet, they perform just as well as the name brands. I have purchased a number of cartridges from them and have always been pleased with the quality and timely delivery of the items. I use a laser toner cartridge about every month to month and a half. I have saved hundreds of dollars with their products. They offer discounts and their customer service is very helpful. *Had one order mix-up and they fixed it immediately) I'll continue to do business with them.

I have had these cartridges for over 6 months and they have refused to get me new ones and now they want to try the return policy. I want a refund for the trouble and to replay back the shipping and handling and I will get my cartridges from a reputable vendor. They have been given the invoices and they have the emails from me so they need to pay up and correct what wrong they have done.

I purchased these cartridges in good faith and I requested for several months for replacement cartridges and you did not comply so now I request a refund and now you want to [redacted] me around and not take care of either so no I will not accept anything but my refund at this point.
