We have been ordering our ink for two different printers from CompandSave since June and we have never had an issue with any of the printer cartridges we have received We also have cut our total bill we were paying for ink just about in half I think I spoke with their customer service on the original order and the service person was very helpful and honest about the fact the cartridges at that time did have the ability to reset the ink levels on the printer I had Now they do have a way that it does reset the ink levels We will not buy our ink from anywhere else We are very happy with CompandSave [redacted] - Administrative Assistant - [redacted]
