First off they have the most amazing customer serivceI have experianced a dud cartridgesThey were fast, polite and made the exchange by shipping the replacement with a return lable for the dudI have call with questions and they have always been knowledgeable and helpful
Second...They have a quality productThe price breaks and great customer service more than compensate for the occasionial failed cartridgeOut or so cartridges I have experiance only three failuresSince I don't have to pay shipping for the replacement or to send the dud back; this ratio is more than acceptable given the volume
