are certain unavoidable fees issued by *** and ***, et alMr*** did not state that our services were more than his prior servicesBMr*** was given a free *** "Pro" per our agreement to honor his contract for its durationHe later found out that he required *** "Premier," and purchased that of his own volition at retailHe later asked our salesman to make up the differenceWe will gladly work with Mr*** to resolve this issueWe respect and admire his business concept and aspirations

This company has been a pleasure to work with Technical glitches are solved promptly and the entire staff if friendly and helpful I am glad that I switched to them

After very bad experiences with several other companies, I was completely frustrated with hours wasted on phone calls trying to get help or answers from people that couldn't understand me and more importantly I couldn't understand them! I spent more time being transferred to different departments and on hold than talking to a person and then had to explain the purpose of my call to five people before someone might have an idea what to do
It has been absolutely great having a direct number to the same person that I can unserstand, who knows who I am AND CARES everytime I call!!! Chris always answers or promply returns my calls and has never failed to help me with any question or issue I have called about
It is important to me to get a fair price for services, accessible customer service that respects my time and people that are here in this country and speak this language so we can take care of business more efficiently That is exactly what I have experienced with Chris and I highly recommend this company!

Let me first start out saying the credit card processing business is made up more sneaky lying, blood sucking low life ss than any other business or vendor I deal with I went through over credit card processing companies, before I settled with Chris O*** and his company Compliant Security Services The first conversation he understand I was stuck in a contract for years that I could not get out with another credit card company and he was not going to be able to sign me up with his However that did not matter one bit to Chris, he still continued to work with me in my situation that my current card processing was overcharging me other than what we agreed on in my contract He has been helping me review credit card statements for over a year right now because he is tired of companies screwing over the client and giving the field he is in a bad name I would recommend this company to anyone who was looking for a HONEST, hardworking, and fair priced company to get credit card processing services from Call me if you need to hear it from my mouth *** or *** ***

I am very impressed with this company and the representative, Chris Perl, that contacted me to switch to their credit card processing services. At no time did I feel pressured and was given lots of time to look over their proposal to compare rates. After signing on with them I have had a couple questions and have emailed Chris Perl and he has emailed back every time within 5 minutes. Chris was also extremely helpful and took a lot time helping me resolve a problem with another processing company. Very good customer service!

I have had a very positive experience working with this company. They offer low price guarantees on their services and when another company attempted to gain my business at a lower price, I was simply able to let my service manager on this account know and he took care of me immediately in order to retain my business. There were no questions asked.

Chris was able to help me with all the questions I had for him in setting up a new credit card processing account. I would recommend their services to anyone seeking a strong customer service team and someone who is available to chat live immediately.

It was a pleasure working with Bradley and I had a very professional experience, good customer service,was timely, delivered accurate info in transparent writing and I would recommend or refer him to other business colleagues, friends, and relatives. Thanks Brad.

There are signed contracts that state there is an Early Termination Fee and there would be charges for unreturned equipment. We are not looking to gouge the business and or take unauthorized fees. The $10/$20 fees were for PCI compliance. 
I will follow up with these documents as soon as possible.
When the equipment is returned, we will certainly issue a refund for that.

I've had bad experiences in the past, not so much on rate, but on additional fees being added all the time. What was once a good deal slowing erodes into a bad deal, and all without proper notification. AND of course the dreaded termination fee should you try to leave. I worked with [redacted], and his pricing and fees are easy to read, and so far no hidden increases! Yeah...
In addition, his responses to any question come quickly and with REAL knowledge of the industry. Thanks [redacted]...

They have provided solid service. Customer service has been top notch. Quick responses to all of my questions. Overall I have been very pleased with our interaction with this business.

At first, I had a representative that contacted me, and of course I figured this was a scam, due to 'they could save me alot of money.' With the world today, you can never be to safe.
After a few attempts, my husband and I discussed signing on with the them. I am totally pleased with the performance of this company. I have had an issue/problem and sent an email to one of the reps. In the same day, within 30 minutes or so, I had a response letting me know that they can help me right then, or they will need another individual contact me in order to solve my problem. And that is exactly what happened. Problems were solved.
