to speak to an employee from DataInsure on 4/8/16 to close my account. I was told I would be emailed the cancellation forms. I was not. I then emailed them again a week later and finally received the cancellation forms on 4/20/16. I returned the forms on 4/20/16 and received confirmation of their receipt. I then asked what I could do to get reimbursed for the charges I had accrued while no longer using their services (We had stopped using their services in January but had been unable to complete the cancellation process.) I was told that because the cancellation had not been completed that I would not be able to receive a refund and that I would be billed one final time at the end of that current billing cycle. I was billed $20 again on 5/2/16 and although I was not entirely pleased, I accepted that it had been partially my fault for not following up on the cancellation process(although they did make it extremely difficult) and I was happy to leave it at that.Then on 5/16/16 I received a charge for $970. At no time was I ever told that I was under some sort of contract or that I would have to pay a cancellation fee, let alone one that is 50 times greater than the monthly fee. This charge was not part of our contract. This charge was not authorized. Since the time I have made this complaint I have not been contacted by DataInsure at all and they have made no effort to resolve this issue. Furthermore, my bookkeeper brought to my attention this week that they have continued to charge us the monthly fee. We received the most recent charge of $20 on 6/2/16. This company has been a pleasure to work with. Technical glitches are solved promptly and the entire staff if friendly and helpful. I am glad that I switched to them.
I have been doing business with DataQom/Elavon for the last 4 or 5 months. They have been very helpful and fare pricing of their services. I would recommend this company and my Rep Bradley to everyone. I have had some bad experiences with other companies that try to lock you into a lease for their machine. Don't ever do this. It is a rip off. Elavon works with Quick Books to give you discounts on your upgrades also.
After very bad experiences with several other companies, I was completely frustrated with hours wasted on phone calls trying to get help or answers from people that couldn't understand me and more importantly I couldn't understand them! I spent more time being transferred to different departments and on hold than talking to a person and then had to explain the purpose of my call to five people before someone might have an idea what to do.
It has been absolutely great having a direct number to the same person that I can unserstand, who knows who I am AND CARES everytime I call!!! Chris always answers or promply returns my calls and has never failed to help me with any question or issue I have called about.
It is important to me to get a fair price for services, accessible customer service that respects my time and people that are here in this country and speak this language so we can take care of business more efficiently. That is exactly what I have experienced with Chris and I highly recommend this company!

I've had bad experiences in the past, not so much on rate, but on additional fees being added all the time. What was once a good deal slowing erodes into a bad deal, and all without proper notification. AND of course the dreaded termination fee should you try to leave. I worked with [redacted], and his pricing and fees are easy to read, and so far no hidden increases! Yeah...
In addition, his responses to any question come quickly and with REAL knowledge of the industry. Thanks [redacted]...
It was clearly stated by the salesman two things: 1) the service would be less expensive than my current service. after reviewing my statement for the first time the monthly service fee was higher than my previous service provider. Then there is a minimum fee of $30 that is in addition to that showing up on my bill. That fee was never discussed. 2) I was told there are no contracts and I can cancel at any time. I was never told about any cancellation fee for canceling before 36 months. That is exactly the opposite as what was clearly stated to me during our conversations. So I was promised no contract term and then was given a contract to sign with exactly the opposite. This is a classic bait and switch. This is false advertising, it is meant to defraud and deceive. If there service was really that competitive they wouldn't need to engage in this practice. This company should be shut down as they are likely dong this to many businesses.
Our business has been open for 3 years and finding a reliable merchant account has been nothing short of a nightmare. When Bradley approached our business I thought he would be just like the 10 other sales men I'd turn away. Once I started listening to what he had to say and what he was offering, is when I found out he was different from the rest of the sales pitches I'd received not only did he help me out of my current contract with my old service provider, but he lowered my fees and provided me massive discounts on my accounting software. He went to bat for me several times and have had nothing short of a great experience since making the transition to his company. I've referred multiple business owners to him since and understand now, why he is different than the rest.
Dataqom is good to work with it was easy to switch over to, the system I use works well. I am very satisfied with the service.
Chris Perl has been so helpful to me. We are a small mom & pop shop and we do not do tons of credit card transactions, so when we have any problems Chris has always been so prompt and helpful. I really appreciate this so I can get on with other things that need done. I have even called Chris personally after another company has called me and "scared" me into believing we were doing something wrong or the equipment was old or etc. Chris has always answered every question and sent me literature concerning those questions I had. Let me first start out saying the credit card processing business is made up more sneaky lying, blood sucking low life s
s than any other business or vendor I deal with. I went through over 7 credit card processing companies, before I settled with Chris O[redacted] and his company Compliant Security Services. The first conversation he understand I was stuck in a contract for years that I could not get out with another credit card company and he was not going to be able to sign me up with his. However that did not matter one bit to Chris, he still continued to work with me in my situation that my current card processing was overcharging me other than what we agreed on in my contract. He has been helping me review credit card statements for over a year right now because he is tired of companies screwing over the client and giving the field he is in a bad name. I would recommend this company to anyone who was looking for a HONEST, hardworking, and fair priced company to get credit card processing services from.
