Have been doing my processing with this company for 3 years now and have no complaints. No hidden fees, straight forward, great customer service. I had been through 4 different credit card processing companies before I switched and had nothing but nightmares, you will not be disappointed with their fees or services.
At first, I had a representative that contacted me, and of course I figured this was a scam, due to 'they could save me alot of money.' With the world today, you can never be to safe.
After a few attempts, my husband and I discussed signing on with the them. I am totally pleased with the performance of this company. I have had an issue/problem and sent an email to one of the reps. In the same day, within 30 minutes or so, I had a response letting me know that they can help me right then, or they will need another individual contact me in order to solve my problem. And that is exactly what happened. Problems were solved.
I am very impressed with this company and the representative, Chris Perl, that contacted me to switch to their credit card processing services. At no time did I feel pressured and was given lots of time to look over their proposal to compare rates. After signing on with them I have had a couple questions and have emailed Chris Perl and he has emailed back every time within 5 minutes. Chris was also extremely helpful and took a lot time helping me resolve a problem with another processing company. Very good customer service!
We recently had the pleasure of working with Bradley for our merchant account and equipment. I am very delighted to say our experience was very positive. He was always very pleasant and very professional to work with. All the information he provided was accurate. Bradley delivered everything we needed in a very timely manner and things were exactly what he said they would be. No hidden surprises! All of our questions and concerns were tackled upfront and our transition was smooth and without hitch. Impeccable customer service! Without hesitation, I highly recommend Bradley to any business, large or small, for their merchant needs.

My company has been a customer of Datainsure for over a year. We have received excellent customer service from everyone we have been in contact with, especially Chris Perl who was my initial contact and has always been available and responded immediately to any questions I have had. I would definitely recommend this company.
There are signed contracts that state there is an Early Termination Fee and there would be charges for unreturned equipment. We are not looking to gouge the business and or take unauthorized fees. The $10/$20 fees were for PCI compliance.
I will follow up with these documents as soon as possible.
When the equipment is returned, we will certainly issue a refund for that.

They have provided solid service. Customer service has been top notch. Quick responses to all of my questions. Overall I have been very pleased with our interaction with this business.
I have been working with this company and Jose J[redacted] for over five years and they have been so helpful in every aspect possible. Any questions or needs they have been quick to respond and go above and beyond to resolve or update any issues. I highly recommend Jose and compliant security services.
If not for the diligent service and quick responses from their sale rep, updating to Windows 10 would have been a nightmare for our company. Updating to Windows 10 without preparing for the un-compatible consequences to our QuickBooks POS system was scary and devastating. Our system would have been down for a whole week if Chris did not recommended the excellent technical help. We are back on making profits for Christmas for our retail business. Much appreciated.
I have had a very positive experience working with this company. They offer low price guarantees on their services and when another company attempted to gain my business at a lower price, I was simply able to let my service manager on this account know and he took care of me immediately in order to retain my business. There were no questions asked.

I did speak to someone from DataInsure on 4/8/16. However that is prior to the date of the charge to which I am requesting a refund therefore I reject this response. I was finally able...
to speak to an employee from DataInsure on 4/8/16 to close my account. I was told I would be emailed the cancellation forms. I was not. I then emailed them again a week later and finally received the cancellation forms on 4/20/16. I returned the forms on 4/20/16 and received confirmation of their receipt. I then asked what I could do to get reimbursed for the charges I had accrued while no longer using their services (We had stopped using their services in January but had been unable to complete the cancellation process.) I was told that because the cancellation had not been completed that I would not be able to receive a refund and that I would be billed one final time at the end of that current billing cycle. I was billed $20 again on 5/2/16 and although I was not entirely pleased, I accepted that it had been partially my fault for not following up on the cancellation process(although they did make it extremely difficult) and I was happy to leave it at that.Then on 5/16/16 I received a charge for $970. At no time was I ever told that I was under some sort of contract or that I would have to pay a cancellation fee, let alone one that is 50 times greater than the monthly fee. This charge was not part of our contract. This charge was not authorized. Since the time I have made this complaint I have not been contacted by DataInsure at all and they have made no effort to resolve this issue. Furthermore, my bookkeeper brought to my attention this week that they have continued to charge us the monthly fee. We received the most recent charge of $20 on 6/2/16. A. [redacted] clearly states the existence of a $495 termination fee.
B. It is unclear as to what Mr. [redacted] considers hidden fees. There...
are certain unavoidable fees issued by [redacted] and [redacted], et al. Mr. [redacted] did not state that our services were more than his prior services.
B. Mr. [redacted] was given a free [redacted] "Pro" 2016 per our agreement to honor his contract for its duration. He later found out that he required [redacted] "Premier," and purchased that of his own volition at retail. He later asked our salesman to make up the difference.
We will gladly work with Mr. [redacted] to resolve this issue. We respect and admire his business concept and aspirations.
Hi [redacted], Upon reviewing your situation further, we have promptly reprimanded and terminated the salesman. I apologize profusely for the frustration this has caused you. This is not the way we conduct business. We will gladly remove the early termination fee and you may keep the [redacted] Pro 2016. All we ask is that you remove this complaint/post a positive review. Its very difficult to find a reliable merchant service company and I'm glad I decided to take my business here. Chris has always been very responsive to any request or questions I have had and the tech support is excellent. The fees have straight forward and consistent on a monthly basis. Overall, exactly what I was looking for in a merchant service provider.
It was a pleasure working with Bradley. He is professional and personable. I would definitely recommend his services to my friends and colleagues.
