We sold this customer a stock door When we went to install it, it would not fit We offered to order another door or return his money We refunded the down payment to him In response to the credit report, our policy is to pull a credit report on any job that puts less than 1/down payment on the purchase If we get a stock door in the future that will fit his home, we will contact him to see if he has any interest

We have confirmed a ship date from the manufacturer and will be contacting the customer to schedule a service date

hi my name is Dennis Morgan and I had Primax compozit install a shower ,tub and fixtures in my front bathWork was completed on time and to our spec's Work was handled very professionally and courteouslyThey came out to look at the back bath and checked our front bath and noticed the caulking was in need of replacingThe sales rep, Scott, noticed the need and said they would replace while they were here, he also said any time it needs re-caulking be sure and give them a call We decided to have our back bath replaced and we called Primax Compozit to do the workVery pleased with work and service

This is our second issue with trying to get a hold of someone to come and service our installed product We had a very expensive door installed by this company, with the blinds inside The blinds are broken on both sides I tried to call service times, with no answer I left three voicemails, starting a week ago, with no return call I called and pressed to be connected to a new customer line, instant answering I find it funny that the service never answers or returns calls, but new customers get their calls answered on first ring I asked to speak to speak to management, where he wrote down my information with still no call back Because this happened to us exactly last time and we had to submit a Revdex.com complaint to get a call back, I find this extremely frustrating Eager to sell, not eager to service

Due to holiday schedules and lay-offs around the holidays, we had days that calls weren't returned.We are all back in full force and have a technician scheduled to go out to the Nunn home

After seeing a television commercial that promoted a $10,000 window giveaway, I signed up for the contest. Shortly thereafter we had our "free" in-home estimate. Our salesman, [redacted] , came to our home on Tuesday, June 13, and stayed from 7:00 pm until almost 9:00 pm. He pressured us, by giving us an ultimatum offer, into putting a $100.00 deposit down for windows that were out of our budget (we told him that), overpriced, and way over-engineered for our needs. We decided to put the $100.00 deposit down only after he told us we would be reimbursed that money if we cancelled in 30 days or less. On Wednesday, June 21, a week after our estimate, I called [redacted] to cancel our order and get our refund. He never called back. On Wednesday, June 28, I called him again and threatened to call the WV Attorney General's office and to file a complaint with the BBB. I had a kitchen door installed on the 5th of January this yearDuring the first week of February I noticed that I could see light around the bottom of the doorI called several times over the course of the week and left messages to get this fixedWhen the service department finally got back with me she made me an appointment for clear out on March 8th between 10-We also had a door installed in our basement by this companyOn February 24th the half window started to leak every time it rainedWhich has been a lot latelyI called on the 26th and was told it would be added to the visit on March the 8thI explained to her that this would not work because I was having to change out the towels every two hours during the rain and we had new carpet installedShe told me she would check to see if one of the guys who lives in my area could stop in on the way home but that it would be after and she would call me right back to let me knowI never got a call backOn the 1st of March I

These guys installed a beautiful new front door for our house They were great every step of the way, and we're very satisfied

This is the second house that I have replaced my windows , sliding patio door and front door inI loved all of the products that I purchasedComposit has done a wonderful job on the installation of my windows and doors Everything was done in a timely manner and they even cleaned up the mess afterward !
I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family

I had them install siding, guttering, storm doors and windows on my home in February/March, Since that time, I had noted and informed them that the trim on the house was falling off, siding was mis-cut and badly installed, the screens on both doors are coming out of their frames and the windows were not caulked after installation When attempting to contact them, I consistently get their voice mail, which I leave messages, but they are never returned The only way that I get to actually speak to someone is to press the "Estimate/Sales" number - they pick that one up right away I have yet to have them come by to fix the problems - I only get excuses from them when I am honored by having someone speak to me I have contacted my lawyer & will be meeting with him if they don't live up to their latest "Promise"

I purchased windows years ago for $12,and received an year warranty that if the windows did not pay for themselves in the years I would receive the differenceIt has been years now and they are telling me that the warranty is null and void due to the company I received the warranty through went bankruptThey are still calling themselves Primax Home Company using the same address and telephone number as on my warrantyThey are honoring the year warranty that I received with the purchase but not my year warrantyThey have also called offering to put new doors in my home as a returning customer! Is that allowed that they change their name and that makes my warranty null and void? I would advise anyone looking to buy windows or doors not to deal with this company! They do not stand behind their word as a companyI have been saving energy receipts for years and have my original paperworkThe salesman that came to our home stated that if someone else bought th

Primax/True Home Value/THV door systems and I entered a fifty year agreement on 6-6-Since then I have had issues with the door parts every year, to which I have had many problems getting them to service my doorsAs of months ago June of True Value has failed to repair my doors as they said they wouldI also have a contract stating that parts would be replaced free of chargeThis company will not return my calls with any explanation to why they cannot get my door parts or serviceTherefore, I'm left with a disgusting looking doors and I'm an embarrassment to have any company over to visitNot to mention my home value falling considerable due to these high profile doors

I have been trying to get three windows replaced that are under warranty It took approximately months to get *** *** of Compozit to finally set a date in March to have the windows replaced They even agreed to waive the $service charge I have emails confirming this I missed the appointment I did not receive any calls, text or voice mails about missing the call or checking to see where I was Since then I have email *** *** numerous times and requested to schedule another date and have inquired numerous times wanting a response I just want my windows replace as she promised to take care of this It is also impossible to get through on there phone number It's always phone tag and now the number says all circuits are busy when I call it The number is ***

Compozit engaged in bait and switch and ran credit report when their salesman said they would not ( *** ***)
When it came tim to install the product that we had agreed to they did not have the unitThey wanted to sell us another one at a higher price but would require cutting up the door frameWe said noThey used our money for six months and had no intenetion of delivering product( The old bait and switch trick)

Windows are great, Installation was great and clean up was good

Primax Home Improvement also know as "home of the Compozit Triple pane window guaranteed for years" I've been trying for one year (yes months) to get windows that lost the gas due to poor sealant and manufacturing These windows fog and crystallize inside the panes during rain events and cold weather These windows are approximately years old On multiple occasions I've been lied to about when the company was going to complete these said repairs The service department never answers the phone, they never call you back and now the supervisor never calls back On three occasions they sent out a repair specialist who made excuses as to why they couldn't repair the windowsThey have one of two guys that service a tri-state area and can't make repairs by themselves when handling bigger windows This place is horrible and only focuses on selling cheap windows and never guaranteeing their product BUYER BEWARE
