On the above company agreed to replace the front door of my home for a total price of $and communicated to me that it would take 4-weeks for installation I paid a deposit of $on that day once we agreed to terms above The company did return multiple times post agreement to take multiple measurements, however, assured me that they were just wanting accuracy and it would not delay timing Since that time nearly months have passed and I still have not received these services Throughout this lengthy time I have contacted the local Barboursville, WV and the Corporate office and despite talking to a secretary was simply told someone would be contacting me Three weeks ago I was finally informed that the door was in and they would be out immediately to install Unfortunately, when the contractor arrived he communicated to me that the door was no where near being the correct measurements and would not fit He then said they would have to go back to manufact

This is our second issue with trying to get a hold of someone to come and service our installed product We had a very expensive door installed by this company, with the blinds inside The blinds are broken on both sides I tried to call service times, with no answer I left three voicemails, starting a week ago, with no return call I called and pressed to be connected to a new customer line, instant answering I find it funny that the service never answers or returns calls, but new customers get their calls answered on first ring I asked to speak to speak to management, where he wrote down my information with still no call back Because this happened to us exactly last time and we had to submit a Revdex.com complaint to get a call back, I find this extremely frustrating
Eager to sell, not eager to service

We purchased Windows from THV and had them installed of which were defective from factoryAlso there are windows out of square, have bent area in vinyl, two that have Gap and can see light through, shortly after buying these THV sold out to Composit Home Systems in which we were told by Composit several times our warranty would continue thru themThey have sent their people down at least times to measure and reorder replacements for the defective Windows, each time they set up times to come and we had to cancel everything we had going so we could give them a four hour window for their arrivalUpon arrival they would tell us about how long to get them built and would set up a time to replace these windows, each time we would never hear anything more, upon making contact with them they would tell us they never got put into their system and would have to send someone else to refigure measurementsWe have been going thru this for two years and then today my wife asked to tal

We were totally satisfied with the customer service and installation they were curteous, prompt and polite provided exceptional service and quality product

We had Compozit Home Systems install a complete set of windows for our lakehouseThe windows perform great, just as we were toldThe installers were professional and did an excellent jobMy wife and I highly recommend them*** ***

I entered a drawing and won, so I picked out an exterior door The representative showing me door options was very nice and helpful The installation of the door went smoothly and the door is very nice and high quality

They installed windowswere scratched or wouldnt lock They came out to collect information on what windows to replaceweeks later no response from them Upon calling they had no record of the new order and service guy claimed to be new Very poor communication and customer service No phone numbers of salesmen were left or ability to contact them I would definitely not reccomend

Paid to Compozit Home Systems, formally Primax, for replacement sliding door glass window on 7/9/ This has been the 4th time this glass section of door has been broken, since when purchased This is the first time that I have paid for replacement, an have received replacementWhen ordering glass initially, was told that it may take up to months, which previous orders have taken that long to receiveWe have been contacting them in person,and by phone, since October We have been getting the run around Now, when we call, we have to leave a message It is now, 4/7/2016, have had no resolution I have not been able to talk with customer service less alone manager to even request money back

On April we purchased a sliding door for our living roomOn June 4, I took a day off for the door to be installedAfter inspection I noticed the screen door was tornThe installers could not repair it so they were scheduling an appointment to get it repairedNo one ever made that appointmentThe company called to ask how my door was and I informed them that was brokenThey were not made aware of thisWe have contacted several times to get the door fixed And we are not getting any resultsThey are letting us know that they will have to do this during the day however my *** and myself workI took a day off for them to put the door in originally so I told them they can come to fix my door when I get home from work which is PMWe have called multiple times and cannot get anyone to help us

First of all from her own admission she is saying she cancelled way after the day right of recission was up, second of all we do not have to let her out the contract But in the good faith of doing business and our cost are limited we will agree to let her out of her commotment and refund

hi my name is Dennis Morgan and I had Primax compozit install a shower ,tub and fixtures in my front bathWork was completed on time and to our spec's
Work was handled very professionally and courteouslyThey came out to look at the back bath and checked our front bath and noticed the caulking was in need of replacingThe sales rep, Scott, noticed the need and said they would replace while they were here, he also said any time it needs re-caulking be sure and give them a call
We decided to have our back bath replaced and we called Primax Compozit to do the workVery pleased with work and service

We have purchased several products from Compozit Every time they were prompt, reliable, and always cleaned up before they left We had one complaint that was on a Sunday, but the owner came to our house and fixed it immediatelyWhat service!

I was very happy with their company because they were here on time the install went smoothly and there was minimal clean upthe new windows that were installed make my house look great and are functioning like they promised they would

I had a new bath liner system installed recently and am very happy with itInitial appt with salesman was goodHe was on time, informative and very professional and answered our questions
The installer came out when the time was set, did a very good job, cleaned up everything and the tub looks great!! Would highly recommend this company to everyone
