Tell us why here...We have talked with our manufacturer about this since it is a custom made product. The door should be installed between April - May 1, 2016. As a courtesy we will discount the job $200. If we do not have his product installed by that date, we will refund
his money

I ordered new Windows, new sliding patio doors and a pet screen on patio doors on October 7, I was told 4-weeks to be installedAfter many calls I finally got the doors and windows installedI believe it was just before ChristmasThey forgot the pet screen and said they would call and deliver it another dayWell, the Windows leaked so I called numerous times before someone finally called to set up an appointment to fix the leaking windowsThey came in early January but again did not bring the pet screenRepair guy said he didn't know anything about it and I should call the officeI've been calling since January and the lady that answers the phone always says that the guy that handles that is out of the office today but he will call you back He never callsNow when I call I get an answering machineI told them weeks ago they had till Friday to refund my money for pet screen installed or I was calling Revdex.comThe lady said I will pass on that information and someone wil

We spoke with the customer on 4-18-about our approximate delivery time of the glass for their patio door. We do not get regular shipments from this manufactuer and that is the reason for the delay. We will schedule this replacement as soon as we receive it

The windows are measured correctly and fit the existing opening. The customer stopped us from installing the product after one window was installed. We are more than willing to fulfill our contract with them and collect the balance due

Made several attempts to reach customer without success.  Have her on the schedule for March 15, 2018 to resolve service issue.

Due to holiday schedules and lay-offs around the holidays, we had days that calls weren't returned.We are all back in full force and have a technician scheduled to go out to the Nunn home.

The windows devalue my property significantly. They make the two bedrooms death traps in case of fire. The company had every opportunity  to offer to build a window that would allow occupants to escape in case of fire and refused to do so. At this point, we have also contacted the credit card company and put the charge in dispute.

Regards,  We have waited for this service to be completed since July 7, 2016.  I think that we have been more than tolerant, patiently waiting for results.  This company should not expect full payment up front, with no expectations of delivery of product. As of now, we still do not have a definite delivery date.  This is unexceptable, because have went through 3 seasons with a single pane, when it should be triple pane door section.  [redacted]

Thank you for your letter dated 4-27-16. After reviewing their records they did receive the correct product. In regards to our windows being a death trap, our windows are replacement windows and are designed to go in the existing opening already in the home.We installed one window and the customer asked us to remove the other. Their contract  was for $963.00 with a down payment of $330.00, leaving a balance of $633.00 They can keep the one installed window and pay $150.00 toward the balance on that window and we will release them from the contract. [redacted]  On January 4, 2016 an installer arrived at my home to install the glazing strip.  Before installation he informed me of the $75 charge.  In my original complaint I asked that this fee be waived since I had had to wait so long (i year and 3 months) for service.  The installer said the company was willing to cut the bill in half ($37.50).  I agreed to pay the installer under protest, telling him I would continue my complaint against the company until I received a refund.  I still feel the fee (whether it is $75 or $37.50) should be waived.  On a positive note, the installer ([redacted]) was very nice and I now have my glazing strip installed.

[redacted]  Mr. [redacted] states he will resolve my complaint "once the parts arrive".  I have been waiting for a year and 3 months for said parts to arrive already. What is wrong with this company that parts can not be ordered in a timely fashion?  I cannot accept such an ambiguous solution to my problem.

We sold this customer a stock door.  When we went to install it, it would not fit.  We offered to order another door or return his money.  We refunded the down payment to him.  In response to the credit report, our policy is to pull a credit report on any job that puts less than...

1/3 down payment on the purchase. 
If we get a stock door in the future that will fit his home, we will contact him to see if he has any interest.

We have confirmed a ship date from the manufacturer and will be contacting the customer to schedule a service date.

We have talked to the customer and will be going to their home on Saturday 4-23-16 to install the pet screen for their door.
