Damaged Cell under warranty not being replaced
Since May 28th, 2015, I've been dealing with Compupool to replace a damanged cell for my recently purchased pool chlorinator system, and I am still attemping to have this replacedAt the beginning of my claim I was getting some customer service assistance, and they sent me a loaner cell, claiming the new one (that was currently on back order) would be sent soon Unfortunately, the loaner cell also stopped working, and it's been over ONE YEAR and I have not received my replacement I've dealt with various customer service agents and even contacted the Owner of the company Nick Millar in Australia, and nothing The owner MrMillar responded to me on June 9th, to say he was sending out a new cell within the next two days and I am still waiting At this point my repeated emails do not even get acknowledged I am desperate to replace my damaged cell, as I have been spending an extraordinary amount of money on chemicals to try to k

Compupool has failed to follow up with me regarding a salt cell warranty complaint
In April I submitted all warranty claim documentation and actual defective part to Compu pool,they have failed to follow up with me, they have failed to contact me in any way and they have failed to honor their warranty on their salt cell productI have left numerous phone messages and numerous emails and they have yet to contact me

This company is a SCAM, company SUCKS and not responsive to customers problems at all. I have 2 different SC 36 salt cells which were 5 & 6 months old when I started to have problems with back in November 2014. Salt cells are covered by a full 2 year warranty according to their literature when you buy the cell from them?? Well over 150+ vm messgaes, emails & actual spoken to multiple IS at the company including President/CEO Tom M[redacted] who claims we will get those replacement cells out to you ASAP, almost 10 months later still no CELLS, it is such a long distance from Orlando to Tampa, LOL!!! J[redacted], their warranty director is a complete BUFFOON, B[redacted] their receptionist, what does she do with the vm messages she takes,does she eat them? SCAM SCAM SCAM Stay Far Away Please!!!! I am retired military 26 years Special Ops so for them to do this to me is a travesty but doing it to anyone they are completely WRONG!!!!

I purchased a salt from Compupool that became defective while under warranty. Compupool agreed to replace it. After about 3 months I still have not received a replacement cell. I was told that they are owned by a company in Australia and they are waiting for a shipment from them. No one at Compupool can give any indication as to when their cell will be replaced.

I purchased a new Salt system 16 months ago through CompuPool. A few months back my salt system began to leak. Had it checked and they advised that something internal had melted and would be cover under warranty. So I had my pool people contact CompuPool and they were advised that I would have to pay for 66% to get repaired. Out of pocket est $500.00. Not only would I have to handle handling fees, shipping fee etc, I would also be without my system for 4 weeks. How does a companies product go bad and all this falls on the customer. I called several times and there is no working to problem out. Now I have contacted several pool companies in the area for replacement of salt system and ALL advised to stay away from CompuPool. Products are cheap, service is horrible and never easy to work with..
