The receptionist receiving my phone call was very courteous and helpful in scheduling my service appointment Jeremy called during the time frame scheduled to let me know what time he would be there He then diagnosed the problem, explained the things that needed to be done, and pointed out various components to show me where the current problem and possible future issues originated He didn't seem to mind me asking questions and tagging along to see what he was doing, and he simply explained my options without trying to pressure me into anything Based on this experience, I will call this company again

Adam [redacted] of Conditioned Air Solutions has serviced my heating and cooling many times over the yearsHe always does a thorough and excellent job CAS has knowledgeable, well trained, technicians and Adam is certainly one of them

Can't say enough nice things about this company Their customer service folks kept me informed of arrival times during the day and when Kyle [redacted] (tech) showed up, he was very professional and knew the issue with my particular system He did the troubleshooting, repair and offered options during the time he was there The price was excellent (based on a couple of others I've had to pay elsewhere) I would highly recommend this company for anyone with heating/air conditioning needs

We have been customers of Conditioned Air Solutions for a few years and have always had positive experiences with them - from scheduling to the technicians that come out Adam was our technician today and he was very thorough, friendly, and professional The last thing that I really appreciate about this company is that they have tried to help us extend the life of our heating/cooling system, even though it has a few problems, instead of immediately trying to get us to purchase a brand new one I would recommend them to anyone based on the professionalism and integrity they have shown
