I called Conditioned Air Solutions because my AC was not working. The service technician was prompt to respond to my call and he went above and beyond to fix the problem. AC is back on and I highly recommend this company!

Since moving to Huntsville, AL a year and a half ago, I have had Conditioned Air Solutions maintain my AC and heat system. Greg [redacted] the service rep, appears to conduct a very thorough inspection and tune-up of the system. He spends quite a bit of time with both the upstairs unit as well as the outside equipment. At the end of each visit he lets me know what he has found. When he makes a recommendation, he always let me know the relative importance of any potential work. whether its urgent, or whether its a discretionary thing. I feel very comfortable with his description as he isn't always pushing something additional like some companies do. I highly recommend Conditioned Air.

The receptionist receiving my phone call was very courteous and helpful in scheduling my service appointment. Jeremy called during the time frame scheduled to let me know what time he would be there. He then diagnosed the problem, explained the things that needed to be done, and pointed out various components to show me where the current problem and possible future issues originated. He didn't seem to mind me asking questions and tagging along to see what he was doing, and he simply explained my options without trying to pressure me into anything. Based on this experience, I will call this company again.

Another great experience! Greg is a true professional who cares about my families comfort. He showed me a part that was getting old and suggested a fix without pressuring me. I appreciate that. He is honest and diligent. (And my dogs love him!) I am glad I have Greg [redacted] as my AC technician.
