Conditioned Air Solutions was a pleasure to work with from the first phone call. They sent a technician, Kyle J, within a day of reporting an issue. He was very knowledgeable and quickly resolved my problem after explaining several available options. He was polite, patient with my pets, and clean during all in-house work. Outside he seemed to go the extra distance and offered numerous tips to help avoid further issues in the future. I am now signed up for the CAS maintenance plan on all my units. We were very pleased with Conditioned Air Solutions response as we came home on a very cold night to the furnace blowing cold air. Service Technician Adam Smith performed my semi-annual HVAC Systems (Central and Mini-Split) Preventive Maintenance Services today, 5/16/2016. Adam performed his work very professionally and courteously, demonstrating extensive knowledge, while clearly answering my multiple questions. He provided objective assessments of both of my HVAC systems. He also provided information about available new technology components, to enhance my existing HVAC systems. I have and will continue to ask for him by name for my semi-annual HVAC Systems check-ups.

technician came out on day one for diagnostic/repairs. service was excellent. technician was very thorough on repairs. when comparing their price to independent cost, there was no inflation. no tax was applied and no labor charge was applied. technician came out day two for semi-annual maintenance plan, again very thorough on service provided and discounted 100.00 off from original price estimate. If you need a trusted technician/company, then Conditioned Air Solutions from Huntsville is the choice....our technician was Kyle Jones....ask for him by name if you want this same service as our family received.
