Our AC went out at the end of June. We called Conditioned Air and Jose R. was assigned the service visit. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable, persevering when one fix didn't fix it all and extended himself in various ways that demonstrated his commitment to providing superior service. We greatly appreciated the fact that he stayed in touch with us multiple times from the beginning of the job to the end, keeping us up to date when more extensive parts and service were required as well as giving us ballpark costs as they became known.
All service companies profess to be dedicated to providing good service. Not all translate the mission into the actual service! Jose's expertise and attitude earns him an A+ from us. We were very impressed with Conditioned Air, in our case as new customers. (Plus the final bill was very reasonable).

I have an annual contract with Conditioned Air to take care of my air conditioning system. They always take great care of my system. The technicians (Michael P. In this case) are always courteous and professional, and personable. He took great care to wear booties in my house to not track in any mud, and was very patient and understanding in dealing with my 4 lb Yorkie who constantly barked at him as he was trying to work! Great company to work with, great service at a very reasonable cost. Thanks for the great job Michael!

Conditioned Air came to our rescue on a hot Saturday morning. Jeremy did a very thorough job of diagnosing our problem and fixing it. The attention to detail shown by all the Conditioned Air techs who have been to our residence is very much appreciated.

Jordan just serviced our air conditioner, we have had Condition Air service our a. c. since we bought our home in 2010. We have always had great service tects knowledgeable and very friendly. Jordan took time to answer a question I had about my temp control. He kept me informed on when he would arrive, he was very neat and polite. I would not hesitate to have him again do the service on my a.c. I am, as always, very pleased with Condition Air. Lena was also very nice, when she called to set up our appointment.
