Great customer service and ease of scheduling self requested planned maintenance.
Today's technician was Somert. He called prior to the scheduled service time letting me know he was on his way with an approximate arrival time. He arrived on time. He was very friendly and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and explaining the benefits of scheduled maintenance to me. We have always been pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of service technicians from Conditioned Air.

Tonight was the first time I used Conditioned Air. It won't be the last.
My air conditioner stopped working it was 85 degrees inside (82 outside) I called my home maintenance service, it was around 6pm they said I'd have to wait until tomorrow at which time they'd call and let me know when they could come. I was not happy.
I called Conditioned Air and they were here within a short time.
Howard, the tech was great. He took the time to tell me exactly what was wrong and he went right to work. He was professional, courteous and pleasant.
I am glad I called Conditioned Air and will use them again.

I came home to a find the Air Conditioner had shut off. It was 8:00 at night and I knew I wouldn't make it through the night. Joe came from Conditioned Air and was so pleasant and efficient. He had the air back on in short order. I will always ask for Joe to do our maintenance. Conditioned Air gives great service and Joe is the best!

Great service from Conditioned Air tech Steve B! He phoned to let me know he was on his way and arrived a few minutes prior to the scheduled time. He is very friendly, trustworthy, and a good communicator--he kept me informed while he worked on our system. After he found and repaired the problem with our AC, he further inspected our system to prevent a return trip. I liked his attention to detail, and I appreciated him answering all my questions. This was my first experience with Conditioned Air, and I will definitely use their service again and recommend them to others!
